News from the FWS.
The Parliament has taken the initiative to proclaim a new leader. They have selected a member of parliament, a man who represents a section of the Central Province. Alexander Rhodes, distant cousin to ex-president Hendrik Rhodes, will now lead the FWS.
At his inaugural speech, crowds threw bricks and bottles in his direction and held up pictures of Hendrik Rhodes. An estimated 3 million people, including many soldiers in uniform marched through the capital chanting "We want Hendrik" "We want Hendrik".
Hendrik Rhodes, speaking from his new estate in the Unified Sith has requested, "All citizens of the FWS go along with what the Parliament has decided. They have the best interests of the nation and the race in their decisions. I hope you will be as loyal to Alexander as you were and still are to me."
There are about 9 million people in the FWS. It is questionable how Alexander Rhodes will maintain power if already many people and most of the army seem to want Hendrik. However with Hendrik endorsing Alexander, it is quite likely the people will go along and support Alexander.
