Warcrimes tribunal trial moves on

Rhodes: No. I predict that the FWS army will never enter any territory from now on unless they are specifically requested by the legitimately elected government to do so.

Judge: Thank you. You have been most helpful in helping us to understand the delicate politics of the FWS, the UOBP, the tribal council, and many other things. A few more questions.

Rhodes: Certainly.

Judge: To your knowledge does your nation still have biological or chemical weapons?

Rhodes: No, they were all turned over before I was brought here to this trial. That was essentially my last act as president, to turn over the WMDs

Judge: Does your nation still posses the capability to make Chemical or biological weapons.

Rhodes: It is quite possible due to the nature of the chemicals and biological agents. Many of our industrial facilities use the same chemicals that when properly mixed in the right ratio can produce weapons. But no, we no longer have facilities where the primary purpose is WMD production. We do however still use some chemicals that might be made into weapons in various industrial and commercial applications.

Judge: That would seem reasonable. Thank you. A few more questions.

Judge: How do you explain the camps in your nation?

Rhodes: I ordered the communists dealt with, I never knew how they were dealt with. I hope you can believe that.

Judge: You never asked your officers what was happening with the political prisoners that were being arrested.

Rhodes: I didn't feel a need to; I thought they all knew what was acceptable. Obviously, I should have been clearer.

Judge: Thank you, you may go.

Rhodes gets up and walks back to his cell.
