The parade moves on. The man known as General Arkady waves through his sun roof. The crowd cheers and yells. They seem as happy as can be. Suddenly, an explosion goes off. The limousine General Arkady was in exploded into shreds. A bomb was rigged so that when the horn honked, the back seat would explode and kill the person sitting in it. The crowd watches in horror as the body bag is zipped and the ambulance medics say that he is indeed dead. One man stands in the crowd, snickering. "They did it. They did it." he says.
