Despite reactions and warnings from other nations, the government proceeded with plans for the Millenium Educational Reform Act, aka BR Act. The nation has selected a class from the city of Takamatsu, and the process for them have already started. Below is a brief summary of the act.


The BR Act is designed to scare the youth, put them back in school, and give them fear of the government. The process is simple, yet sadistic:

1. Through a random lottery, the government will select a high school class.

2. This class will be placed on a deserted island where special "trackers" will be placed on there necks.

3. This class will then be told to kill each other in three days, given random weapons, and set loose on the island.

4. If there is no sole survivor in three days the trackers will explode and everyone dies. However, if there is a sole survivor, he/she will be taken back to his/her home.

5. This process will be shown on live Tv throughout the empire.


In the Empire the process is currently being showed on tv, and the youth of the nation are under control. However, some delinquents are still on the street protesting.

The Imperator of Vexia loves the concept of the BR act, and requests the Televised Rights to the Battle Royales, so that he and the public of Vexia may watch the battles as they take place, and maybe even bet on who will survive.
We may even begin our own BRs, though there is the risk of thos ewho sruvive becoming terrorists and opposing our will.......... oh well, we can always send in our disillusioned youth with neckbombs.

The Dominion is Disgusted and has declared war on the East Asian Empire on the side of ViZion Jarridia etc etc. The Dominion will mobilize its military for the liberation of the Empire.

They are prepared to set for your nation if you refuse to allow the children to go, or if you fire upon any of our un-armed planes to evacuate the children.

Asia's pretty far from our lands, but that will not stop us from interfering. We would dearly love to have something to watch on our televisions other than propaganda Hour and the Government-approved News. That's not to say there's anything wrong with either, of course. (sound of gun being cocked)

They each consist of 20 pilots each, amounting to 40 certified Aces who each have at the minimum of 500 man hours of training.

If they do NOT allow us to, by either declaring war, refusing to stop their plans of killing, refusing to let us save these children, or by shooting down the planes, then we request a full-scale invasion to free not just the children, but the people of The East Asian Empire.

Hundreds of airplanes began to set off towards the Asian Empire within a three hour time period. By now, they are entering the Asian Empire's borders, and will prepare to land on airstrips across their nation.

Dominion forces have arrived off the coast off the cost of the Empire, and are awaiting orders from the Admiralty

twelve Magdhan Aurora bombers took off from their airfields in the Himalays loaded with fuel air bombs.

Flying up to 130,000 feet the bombers accelerated to mach 6.5 in the frictionless upper athmosphere.

You have 1 hour before they hit the city where you took the youth from. (5 RL Minutes)

The planes were 50 miles out of the city of Takamatsu, a mere minute at their speed. The satellite coordinated the impact points: Several police stations, the parlament building and other governmental structures. Within five seconds the coordinates were in and the autopilot guided the planes over their targets and dropped the bombs with computer assistance.

The bombs adjusted themselves in flight and rocketed down onto the targets, exploding 20 feet in the air over the target and crushing the targets in a shockwave.

The planes then headed for home.

We have gotten the 600,000 children out, as originally agreed upon, without incident. We are glad to see the the Asian Empire is acting smartly on this.

"Which of course," said the President, "will lead to a catastrophe on their side. How can such grand forces mobilize, strategize, and execute an invasion of another nation in minutes?"

The Fauquieran government heard reports from contacts in East Asia about the BR act, and believed it to be one of two things:
1. A secret training camp for child-soldiers disguised as a educational facility OR
2. The most barbaric act of genocide seen.

In any event, a measure was passed to stop it. From the Naval base in Daerd, in the East pacific, a small naval force was dispatced, consisting of 3 destroyers, one light cruiser and one escort carrier, as well as seaplane carrier carrying 3 FNE5G covert ops Ekranoplans. Once readied, they sailed for the Island where the Battle Royale was taking place.

We will launch another air strike unless you cooperate and cease the genocide.

We ask that nations stand down their arms now. We have successfully, and without incident, gotten the children out of the nation.
