Would anyone be interested in a joing nuclear weapons research facility? All discoveries would be allocated to all of the parterships.
Even our hated enemies, the Vexians, do not have full nuclear capability, and if they do not, we do not.( we steal from them, natch.)

Wow, guys. I clearly said that there would be no nuclear war between the countries I never said I had these weapons. If either countries ever got nuclear weapons, they wouldn't be fired off at each other.
