The CF connection, Open Nuclear Weapons theft!

Vayaria
14-05-2004, 17:01
It was a warm, dusky, and eventful day. So far, the disarmament had been proceeding well. Thousands of nuclear weapons were being dismantled at the dumping site, a scant fifty miles from the silos they had previously resided in. Now, the most dangerous nukes in the shipment were being dismantled. Soon the disarmament would be entirely complete, and the USSCF would no longer be able to be called a 'nuclear' power.

But not all the nukes were dismantled, for in one of the last convoys to the dumping site there were over one hundred 'suitcase' nukes of the kiloton variety. And while no one in the CF government knew it at the time, this convoy was in grave danger...

Citizen Sargent Brinks was reflecting upon the recent events. The USSCF was finally getting rid of most of its nuclear weapons. This news was celebrated throughout the nation, and Citizen Sargent Brinks and the rest of his light infantry squad had recieved the honor of escorting one of the final convoys carrying the hated weapons to be destroyed.

Brinks felt elated. Finally, the national government was disposing of the dishonorable nuclear weapons that were, by their mere existance, a threat to global security.

Motion trackers picked up something off thirty meters ahead of the convoy, but the squad paid no heed. It was probably a rabbit. After all, who would be insane enough to try and infiltrate the USSCF? Besides, very few people knew of this convoy, and fewer still knew of its purpose. Granted nations that had spy sats in orbit could clearly see the "Nuclear weapons- Do not touch" signs on the weapons' crates, but that was all.

There was none of the paperwork normally associated with a weapons transfer, and every effort was made to conceal the fact that nukes were being shipped. With the exception of the aforementioned signs, which could only really be seen from space (it is assumed that terrorists don't have access to sattalites) the convoy was clothed in a mist of secrecy.

They felt perfectly safe. But they weren't.

OOC: This is officially sanctioned by me.

Corporal Shepman, one of the best sharpshooters in the entire Vayarian imperial republican army took aim at the lead soldier in the convoy. The reflective faceplate of the man's armor glistened, highlighting its most vulnerable spot.

Shepman took aim with his M82 .50 sniper rifle, centering the crosshair upon the man's head -and fired. A .50 caliber bullet raced towards the man's lightly armored head.

All across the convoy, this scene was repeated as camoflauged soldiers fired their heavy rifles with deadly accuracy.

The Cacophony of thunderous rifle shots was soon joined by the dull *Thud* of AT-4 rocket launchers, their lethal missiles seeking out the handful of automated tanks escorting the convoy...

The defenders were caught completely by surprise...

Citizen Sargent Binks' head was hit directly, the monsterous bullet passing through the plexiglass faceplate of his powered armor like a hot knife through butter. The bullet sailed directly through his skull, splattering blood inside his helmet and killing him instantly.

The other Citizen Soldiers (light infantry tend to be mostly militia) tried to fight back, but most of them were gunned down by the enemy's superior aim.

The Vayarians were dramatically proving that no matter how advanced your equipment is, you're still vulnerable to a well placed rifle shot.

The final CF light infantry fired wildly with their laser rifles, doing absolutely no damage to the conceled attackers. They did manage to burn some of the foilage around their feet though.

They too were gunned down by lethally accurate sniper fire.

The tanks proved to provide a better fight, their computerized systems tracking two Vayarian soldiers who had been detected with the tanks' thermal sensors. They each unleashed a torrent of 20mm shells at the hapless Vayarian soldiers.

But the tanks had a fatal flaw. They could only target one enemy at a time, and the other Vayarians used that flaw to hit the tanks with rockets on the tanks' 'eyes' or primary sensors, blinding the tanks and causing them to shut down due to lack of imput.

The convoy was now completely undefended...

Privates Dobbes and Gores were gunned down by the tanks, hordes of twenty milimeter shells piercing their bodies in every way imaginable. The end result? They were turned into two leaky peices of meat.

But Corporal Shepman knew about the CF tanks. Their AI cores could not target two enemies at once, and his anti-tank soldiers used that flaw to their advantage, destroying the two vehicles.

Noting that the convoy was now undefended, Shepman moved his troops foward and drew his .44 pistol. He approached the lead truck of the convoy and said "Get out and you will not be hurt."

The drivers of the trucks, being mere civilians were obviously terrified, but would they comply? Or would they resort to heroics?
Central Facehuggeria

The civilian contractors thought for a moment, and then they decided, in unison, "I'm not being paid enough for this."

They all got out of the trucks with their hands up, hoping for clemency from the unknown enemies.
Vayaria
14-05-2004, 18:02
They recieved none. He raised his gun to the one nearest to him and said coldly, "There can be no witnesses."

With those words, he fired. The civilian contractor was dead before his body hit the ground. The rest of the Vayarians followed suit, gunning down civilians at will. When all the shooting stopped and the smoke cleared, the road was choked with bodies.

Shepland got into the lead truck, and his men followed suit, filling the available trucks. Before the attack, they had agreed to split the convoy, with Shepland's group taking the route to the rogue nation of Insidious ones (Where an escape jet was waiting.)

The other group would be taking the obstensibly safer route through the kingdom of Morlock Hunters, where the nukes would be transported aboard a freighter.

There is little chance that the CF forces could react quickly enough to recapture both halves of the convoy...

(OOC: How many soldiers do you have there, Vayaria?)

Adam "Tinker" Bell crouched quietly not far from the convoy, a semi-automatic rifle with grenade launcher clutched tightly in his arms as he watched the scene unfold. Adam, A trained commando born and raised in the Five Civilized Nations was originally ordered to trail the convoy, but when he heard the sniper shot, Adam knew something was wrong.

Swiftly, moving forward, Adam watched as unknown soldiers moved in. Two soldiers were killed when their bodies were filled with twenty milimeter rounds, but the others managed to destroy the tanks in the convoy.

Slowly, Adam moved forward. Taking up position to the left of the convoy, he crouched down and propped up his rifle. Carefully, Adam raised his rifle. As Adam watched, the soldiers ruthlessly killed the civilian contractors that had surrendered. Disgusted by the actions, Adam watched as the Vayarian soldiers boarded their trucks and escaped. Shifting his weight, Adam moved to the ground. "You guys are so dead," thought the commando, as he aimed his rifle at the swiftly fleeing trucks. First a grenade and then a bullet was sent screaming through the air towards the trucks...

OOC: Twenty four highly trained Vayarian Commandos.

Edit: Oops, I misred your post.

Edit2: Grr...I hate playing editing tag!

IC: The grenade slammed into the last truck and detonated, throwing shrapnel in all directions. It was chaos. Only two of the six trucks (And twenty of the over three hundred suitcase bombs) remained cool headed enough to try and escape.

Shepland was like the men he had just killed. Totally unprepared. The bullet sailed through the thin windshield of the transport truck, and from there into his head.

But Private Nicks saw the muzzle flash from the enemy's rifle and, determined to avenge Shepland, took aim at the faint outline of an enemy soldier he saw through the brush and grass.

A 7.62mm bullet raced out from his rifle towards the 5CN soldier.

Adam had moved when he fired the rifle at the truck. But not quick enough, the 7.62mm bullet slammed into his side. Dropping his sniper rifle, Adam gazed down upon his wound and cursed as the blood flowed down upon his non-descript clothing. Cursing, Adam, quickly tore upon a satchel at his side and pulled out bandage. Quickly, Adam bandaged himself. Then taking a syringe filled with morphine, Adam stuck it in his arm and sent it flowing through his body. When he stuck his head back up, the trucks were gone.

Swearing profusely, Adam stood up painfully and staggered deeper into the forest. Finding his cunningly hidden camoflauged BMW bike. Adam climbed aboard and gunned the engine. Within minutes, Adam was on the road, heading after the trucks...

Nicks, stupidly assuming that he had finished the enemy soldier got into Shepland's truck (now covered with lots of brain matter.) Fighting back nausea, Nicks drove his half of the convoy on the way to the rogue nation of Insidious Ones. The other half of the convoy went elsewhere.

Near the CF/IO border, Nicks looked into his rear view mirror and saw a motorcycle trailing his group. Cursing, he kept going and drew his .44 desert eagle, intending to blast the undying soldier if he got too close.

Adam, slowed down when he neared the CF/IO border. Calmly, Adam stopped his bike and pulled over to the side of the road. Opening his cell phone, Adam placed a call to his superior in the Central Facehuggeria Capitol. When someone picked up, Adam said, "The baby was attacked... Perpetrator escaping to IO..."

Without another word, Adam turned his bike around heading towards the Capitol of Central Facehuggeria...

Nicks looked on in suspicion as he saw the man take out a cell phone and call someone. "Who could he be calling?" Nicks thought to himself. "No matter" he affirmed "We're almost at the border anyway."

And indeed he was. But the CF border guard would prove to be a bit of trouble. They were very paranoid, and unlike the light infantry the Vayarians had fought earlier, the Borderguard (a subdivision of the CF SS) was equipped with much better weaponry and perhaps more importantly, better training. They wouldn't panic as easily as the militia had.

But even if they were captured, the other part of the convoy had already made it to the Morlock hunters' border, and were now boarding a lead lined freighter (to avoid any detection of the cargo's radioactivity) on their way to the Vayarian mainland.

IC: Corporal Bates was bored. The Borderguard was entertaining and all, but you almost never saw any action. Still, Bates went through the motion of checking the cameras for any approach.

"Hello...What do we have here?" He said to himself as he noticed the convoy approaching. "Hey command, we've got an unscheduled convoy here." he said into his radio.

Grabbing his helmet and weapon, he moved out to greet the convoy.

"Halt!" he yelled.

Nicks and the convoy moved to the border checkpoint. He looked out at the guard in his armor and thought "Damn...This is going to be a bit harder than I anticipated."

The guard looked right at the blood covering his seat and his expression changed. He moved to raise his flechette rifle, but Nicks raised his pistol first, aimed it right at the man's head, and fired.

The .44 shell pushed past the trooper's faceplate and embedded itself in his head, causing him to spasm in agony as he died.

Drawn by the sound of gunfire, the other two border guards rushed out of the guard post, rifles at the ready. They each sent a lethal 7.62mm flechette towards Nicks...
Vayaria
15-05-2004, 01:33
But Nicks crouched behind the armored doors of the trucks, and the flechettes couldn't penetrate the thick cab doors.

He reached over the shattered window and tried to shoot the CF soldiers with his pistol.

The CF soldiers were quite frustrated at the enemy's ingenuity. They were also frustrated at their government, for placing armor plating on trucks.

Fourtnately, Corporal Decy was carrying an XM-10 "Masterkey" with attached grenade launcher, and more importantly, concussion (stun) grenades.

He launched a nade right into the cab of the truck, most likely knocking nicks out.
Vayaria
15-05-2004, 01:43
Nicks was indeed knocked out, as the concussion grenade created a temporary vaccume, sucking all the air out of the cab. Nicks couldn't take both the force of the explosion and the lack of air, he collapsed into a comatose sleep.

As he drifted into sleep, Nicks could hear the CF soldiers saying "Gotcha."

Nicks woke up in a small, dimly lit cell. He was totally unaware of what the CF gestapo planned to do to him...
Central Facehuggeria
15-05-2004, 02:02
"Gotcha!" the CF troopers said as they prodded Nicks, ensuring that the stun grenade had done its job.

"Uhh...Hey sir! They were carrying nukes back here! Yup, labled clearly 'Nuclear Weapons: Do not touch.' What's more, these are suitcase nukes that were going to be recycled!" The other CF trooper, private McDumt said. He was obviously surprised at the presence of nukes. What did this mean? Were they stolen? he thought to himself.

Corporal Decy called into his immediate commander; "Sir, we just had a small convoy of trucks try and break through to the IO border. They were carrying nukes. Our nukes. We managed to capture one of them, over."

Over his radio, Decy heard the voice of the Premier himself; "Corporal. I want that man taken directly to Facehugger City. A team is coming to collect him. Hang tight. In the mean time, We need to know how many nukes are in that convoy."

"Y-es...Yes Premier." Decy had been heard the Premier's voice on national TV since he was young. Every citizen of the USSCF could identify the Premier's voice, simply from hearing it recite propaganda every commercial break.

He went back and checked the nukes: Twenty seven were there.

"Premier...We have twenty seven nukes in this convoy." Decy said.

He heard hushed whispering on the other end of the radio connection, and then a minor Lieutenant chimed in and said "Over and out."

The CF forces had recovered most of the remaining nukes from the site where the 5CN operative had attacked the enemy held convoy. Only ten were missing.

But those ten still had the potiential to cause untold destruction.

*A team arrived to take Nicks away and placed him in the deepest dungeon in the nation, the mythical 'pain vaults.' Only the Inquisitors knew what awaited Nicks there...

After several hours of heinous torture involving vats of hydrochloric acid, mind probes, and numerous bladed instruments, Nicks Cracked. (Can't actually RP it without giving this thread an R rating.)

Unfournately for the CF government, Nicks didn't know too much. He only knew where he was from, and they couldn't use that until they were sure that Vayaria actually sanctioned the theft.

Meanwhile, the Vayarian plan ground on, entering its next phase...

Two hours after the initial encounter with the convoy, the commando/spy known as Adam Bell arrived at a small roadside inn. Detaching the grenade launcher from his semi-automatic rifle, Adam carefully hid both weapons in a compartment just above his bike’s fuel tank. Calmly, Adam entered the inn and sat down at a table in the corner. Quietly, Adam ordered some tea and began to nonchalantly drink it, waiting for his contact.

A minute after Adam sat down, a man wearing non-descript clothing walked over and said, “It’s a bright day isn’t it?”

Raising his head, Adam replied, “Yes it is, but the weather report says its going to rain…”

Sitting down at the table, the man greeted Adam and asked quietly, “I see you got out of the scrabble in one piece. What happened?”

Lowering his head, Adam muttered, “The convoy was ambushed by some paramilitary group. Pretty well trained… Probably not terrorists… They killed the convoy guards and massacred the surrendered civilian contractors. I managed to move up and destroy two trucks and kill some of the faggots, but one of them hit me… I tailed them and stopped when I neared the CF/IO border…”

“Damn’t, this is not good… Not good at all. Good job, Adam,” said the man as he shook his head. “There is a car waiting outside ready to transport you to the infirmary of our embassy, we have agents at the border keeping an eye out…”

“Good,” grunted Adam as he stood. Painfully, Adam staggered out of the room…

The man continued to sit. Pulling out a cell phone from his pocket, the man quickly dialed a number. When someone picked up, the man said, “This is Peter Grayson, begin Operation Flare…”

Within seconds, Five Civilized Nations operatives on the borders of Central Facehuggeria sprang into action, their weapons covering all the border crossings…

Two of these operatives watched as a truck attempting to escape from Central Facehuggeria, was taken care of by the elite border guards. One of them contacted headquarters through his cell phone. “This is Hawkeye Ninety-Six at the CF/IO border… A target has been neutralized.”

OOC: You'll have to ask Vayaria if he'll run with it. I imagine that the docks would be pretty well fortified, especially since the government knows about the imminent arrival of nuclear weapons.

Secret IC:

Meanwhile in the vaults;

The inquisitor took out his cattle prod again and said "Where do you intend to use the nukes?"

Nicks replied "I don't know! You have to believe me! They never told me anything. Shepland was the only one who knew, and he's dead!"

"Bull" the inquisitor replied before turning the prod to full and shocking Nicks with it. Thousands of volts flowed freely into Nicks' body as he had uncontrolable muscle spasms and his nerves overloaded.

Taking the cattle prod away, the Inquisitor said "Now, are you ready to help us, or do I have to get the acid sprayer?"

But unfournately, Nicks' couldn't confess to what he didn't know. All he knew was that the nukes were going to Vayaria.

That wasn't enough for the Inquisitor...

Near arrival to the dock, a small submarine pulled up to the freighter and surfaced. It took but five minutes for the freighter crew to load one of the nukes onto the sub, where it sped away into deep undersea caves that honeycomb the Vayarian coast. (OOC: I only need one nuke anyway, the others are just gravy.)

IC2: Sargent Kaplan was going over the preperations for the arrival of the freighter, ensuring that his men were ready for any foolish special forces soldiers that might get in his way. He also ensured that his air support was fully prepared and that the booby traps were set. Everything was ready.

15-05-2004, 16:38
OOC: You may be able to buy two of the nukes, if they remain in our hands after those Commandos try and recover them. The other 7 will be kept as leverage for when the CF forces retailate for the death of their beloved leader.

IC:

The submersible silently left the caves, steaming towards a port in the Kindom of Morlock Hunters, there the nuke would be transfered into a crate marked "Radiological equipment -Warning, radioactive" And shipped into the Nation of Central Facehuggeria on a plane that was carrying many such peices of medical equipment..

"The Premier will pay for the insult that he handed us, so long ago. He will pay for not helping us. He will pay for everything!" Captain Dews thought to himself. He was part of a most honorable mission. The Premier of the USSCF would die. For the humilitaing intervention of CF forces all those years ago, for the death of so many innocents in the chaos.

The Sub sped on, silently, undetectably. Nothing would stop the retrubition that awaited the Premier.

The opperative sauntered along the quay, looking for the correct dock. It was at the far end of the entire complex, too far for casual walkers to venture - good for his agency, they didn't want any angle of this transaction available for all to see.

He walked up to the foreman. He at least knew what he was doing.

Meanwhile back at Cyfrin, a cutter is deployed to pick up the nukes - it would take them several hours to reach Vayaria, so everything hinged on CF's ability to follow the various trails.

The man was greeted by two armed guards who said "Come this way sir. Colonel Beers will be with you shortly."

The three men moved up into the office, overlooking the harbor and met with Colonel Beers.

"Greetings" said the Colonel. "I understand you wish to purchase the nukes...

"Don't worry." The Colonel continued, "The CF forces know nothing of this port at the moment. We are, however expecting an attack from some piddly small nation, but we should be able to deal with them. And if we can't, I've got two chinook transport helicopters waiting to take the nukes to safety. "

"Excellent. I'm sure my agency will be pleased to hear theres little security risk. Our ship is currently on route, and should be here soon. How much will it cost for teh purchase of two of these nukes? And whats the yield size?"The opperative pulls out a notepad and begins to note down the details.
Vayaria
15-05-2004, 17:10
"We're looking to unload these weapons, so it will only cost two million USD for both of them. Each is a nominal 'suitcase' nuke with a yield of one Kiloton. Perfect for nuclear artillery shells, or guerrilla tactics." Colonel Beers Replied.

"We take payment in most currencies, including poor people, slaves, gold, US dollars, SciFi nation Credits, and almost any currency you can imagine. A simple money transfer to our secret swiss bank accounts will suffice. You don't have to wire the cash until the nukes are actually on your boat, so there is very little risk to you." He continued.

15-05-2004, 17:15
The opperative looked at his watch. "Another hour, and our ship should be here. COuld you let me go and check up on it?"

The opperative walks out of hearing distance and calls up the nearest agency compound. "We have the nukes here. How long until the ship is here? ... ... 55 minutes, ok. Ready $2mil to be sent to this account..." he taps a number into the keypad of the phone, "...and send it when I call again."

He walks back to the others in the office. "It'll be 55 minutes until the ship is here. I've enjoyed doing buisness with you."

After the formalities, the nukes were transfered to the cutter, the opperative sent the signal to begin the transfer of funds, and he got on board the ship, which then began to leave the docks.

Minutes later it was in the open sea and heading towards a Cyfrin base.

Five Civilized Nations Secret Intelligence Bureau--7 hours after the attack

The Vice Defense Minister of Intelligence, Liu Huai, glared at the sheet in front of him, cursing inwardly at the ineptitude of the Central Facehuggerian military to guard their nuclear weapons. "Damned fools," Liu Huai said out loud to no one in particular. A dozen faces looked up from similar sheets and stared at the Intelligence Chief.

Glancing up, Liu Huai queried his men, "Do we have any leads on this attack?"

A man sitting at the end of the table to Liu Huai's left stood up and said, "One of our agents managed to tail the bastards from Central Facehuggeria to Amadindor. We have the exact location of the nuclear weapons..."

"How old is this information?" asked Liu Huai.

"One hour," replied the man.

"Damn't... I want an infiltrator to check out where the hell they've hidden those nukes..."

"Yes sir..."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A detachment of crack Five Civilized Nations JadeOps Special Forces silently took up positions in the wharf where the freighter was parked. The crack special operations personnel waited interminably for the signal as they checked their equipment.

The commanding officer, Major Qiu Ling, gritted his teeth as he watched through his sniper rifle. "This is taking too long," thought the Major as he waited...

IC: Unfournately for the 5CN troops, the nukes had already left the docks via Chinook transport. False radiation signals gave the impression that the nukes were still at the docks, but in reality, the only thing at the docks were over 200 Vayarian infantry and 2 Apache gunships.

They Amadindorian SpecOps had come in guns blazing, the 3 Apachese had , for teh most part, obliterated the unmanned AA guns (they had struck during a shift switch) and had proceed to help protect the troops as they landed. 16 in all (8 from each of the 2 Chinhooks) only 3 men dead, and one chinook downed. It was accetable lossess, but they were too late, the nukes had alrdy been moved. They had encountered 5 JadeOps soldeirs from the 5CN, fortunatley they seemed to be on the same side. And had lost no men (damn theose guys were good). Just as the soldier, William Often, was ready to give the order to return to base, he got a buzz over the SatRad (Satellite Radio). It was Omega (the unknown head of National adn World Security) they had got wind of the fugitives form Central Facehuggeria where hiding in western Amadindor, held up in a small town called Guuber. And the P.M. Himself wanted hthe SpecOps to take care of it.

The P.M. sighed desparietly, the Vayarians had gotten him back for the ill timed attack on that port. Intelligence said they had used a private dock owned by a rich guy in the town, allied with the Vayarians. Oh well, they were on his turf now, and the defender always has the advantage.

IC: The nukes had been once again split up, with one going to the Manor of the late Manfeld Von Heinrich to decoy the persuing enemy special forces. The rest were scattered in extremely well guarded, camouflaged underground silos.

The defenders at the Manor were ready. Fully prepared, sandbag barriers had been erected, snipers covered the rooves, and stationary 20mm grenade launchers were deployed. The manor would be a much tougher nut to crack than the dock was.

The ten JadeOps Special Forces personnel, led by their Major, followed the Amadindorian Special Forces, as they surrounded a manor near the waterfront. The JadeOps personnel waited patiently for the signal, their weapons on safety, but ready for battle.

Major Qiu Ling stood and walked over to his counterpart in the Amadindorian Special Forces. Nodding his head, Qiu Ling said, "I am Major Qiu Ling, 9th JadeOps Infiltration Unit. To whom, do I have the pleasure of speaking to?"

William examined the satellite photos of the manor. There were 4 20 MM grenade cannons set up on the property, one on each of the Manors four turrets, beside a 44 MM AA gun; and he expected there would be snipers on the roofs. As well as at the windows, there . This was going to be tough, really tough, especially considering the sanbag barriers covering the roof posistions had steep tin roofs. So grenades wouldn't work, and the property was surrounded by a 8ft tall 2 ft thick cement wall with barbed wire top. Electricly charged barbwire top. So, basically there was no way of getting in there descreetly, and he couldn't bomb the place because of the Nuke. So he was at a standoff with the Vayarians. Neither could take the others position. (They had helicopters circulating the area, and snipers all over the place. But then he had an idea, the RPGs were declared to dangerous to use until they found were the nuke was, but every room in the hosue was coated so radiation couldn't be detected. So they couldn't find the nuke. unless....

William walked out alone and unarmed (except for a hidden knife) he yelled over a voice enhancer for a Vayarian to come out and speak to hu=im, so they could negotiate a surrender. Of course when he got near the entrance to the wall, he was shot by a sniper. He fell to the ground, and a Vayarian quickley ran out and dragged the body inside. Hoping to slaveage some equipment.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
William was being dragged by his arms by two men into a room in the manor when he pulled both of them to the ground. He shot up ready to fight, but the men were unconsiuos, likely fainted at the idea of a dead man coming back to life in their arms. Of course he hadn't been dead, he had been wearing a fake head, and before the Vayarians dragged him in (as he knew they would, he had threw it in a bush and donned his bullet hole helmet, (out of site of the snipers because of the wall). And had played dead until he was alone. He hadn't taken any guns for fear the Vayarians would take them, but he had a knife hidden in his sleeve, which he withdrew and stabbed the two Vayarians with. He then took there Uzis, and then checked the hallway with a little robotic eye. (OOC: like in splinter cell) Then stepped out into the hallway, with an Uzi in each hand, he planned ot find the nuke.

1st pro-Luitenenant Calrson was now designated comander of the 13, no 12 remaining troops of the 1st division. He ordered the men to ready for combat, and awaited a radio broadcast form Captain Often. He was geting nervous when a voice behind him made him jump. It was 2nd Luetenant Brigs, he repeated "Um, Sir, there is a man here to see you, he says his name is Major Qiu Ling of 5CN JadeOps forces, and that they are guardng the waterfront with tenof their men." So this explains why they havn't tryed a sea escape, Carlson thought, he spoke to Brigs, send 'um here. "he's already here sir." And then he noticed a man in a uniqe 5CN uniform striding towards him, nodding and saying I am Major Qiu Ling, 9th JadeOps infiltration unit. To whom, do I have the pleasure of speaking to?". Carlson replied, stuttering" Um, uh, Acting Captain 1st pro-Luitenenant Carlson, um-how do you do, uh, Sir is it??"

Major Qiu Ling grinned at the awkardness of the Lieutenant as he shook his hand. Lowering his hand to his side, Qiu Ling instinctively picked up his slung safetied MP5 A2 Tactical Assault Rifle. In a tone meant to calm down his counterpart, Qiu Ling said, "Forget the formalities, just call me 'Hardball,' my call sign."

When he saw the lieutenant nod in response, Qiu Ling continued, "My intelligence was flawed... I have no idea where those god damned nukes are, but you guys seem to know... Care to share?"

IC:

The Amadindorian intelligence was flat wrong. There weren't four grenade launchers, there were ten. Only four were on the outside of the manor. The rest were on the inside, pointing out, preparing for an attack.

The other little tidbit that was hidden from the sattalites overhead was the fact that hiding just beneath the stairs to the roof were three men, each with heat seaking Stinger sam launchers. If anyone attempted an aerial insertion into the manor, they were going to get a lethal surprise.

OOC: Just so you know, my men are brutal. They would have shot him a few extra times out of sheer bloodlust. I'll run with it, but please stop saying what my men are doing. Only I can do that.

IC2: The men who were stabbed were dying, but they weren't dead yet. One of them raised his .44 desert eagle and fired at the man in a last act of defiance. The bullet flew on an excellent trajectory, perfectly lined up to pierce the man's neck, barring some unlikely event occuring.

OOC2: These are professional men here, and they are primarily equipped with M4s, G11s, Desert Eagles, and .45 Socom pistols. They also all have light tactical vests to protect against small caliber bullets.

William Knocked the guard unconscious as he was peeing out a window (he wasn't allowed to go too far from the door he was gurading) and the body fell out and dropped 2 stories into it's own urine. Will laguded breifly at this, pseudo-Irony, and entered the door, the Vayarian had been supposed to guard. He stepped in and found it, the Nuke. It was on the rear second storie, on the South-Easter corner. He radioed in. Carlsons voie came over after he gave the position of the Nuke. "Glad to hear from you sir. Are you armed?", "Yes", he replied. "Good, I was hoping you wouldn't mind taking out the snipers, would you, uh-er, Sir?", "gladly, Carlson, but first I would like to speak to the JadeOps Commander." "How di you---?", Carlsons query was inturrupted by the answer. "Saw 'em ou the window, securing the Wharf. So, will you be a good chap and put him on?", "immediatly sir!"

Major Qiu Ling swore silently under his breath. Staring at his counterpart, Qiu Ling, decided that action would be needed. Qiu Ling said, "Do you have mortars, tanks, or any other heavy weaponry?"

OOC: Note: Vayaria has some important RL issues (relating to tests) so he'll be inactive for the next couple of days.

Also note: I'm planning on bringing back my old premier real soon. I don't particularly like the flavor of national socialism. Although that may stem from my lack of ability to RP a totalitarian state. :)
