OOC: This is a portion of my constitution:
Section 12: Once every Twenty years there shall be a change of Government election. The citizen shall vote to keep the current government or to change to a new form of government.
President Alexander walks upto a podium and clears his throat.
"As all of our citizens are aware we have just held our Change of Government Election. The results have been confirmed. The current government is to be disbanded. We will hold what may be our last election to determine what our new form of government will be.
With that he turns and walks away, amid a thunderous flurry of questions and flashes from the assembled reporters.
