PRESS RELEASE
The People's Republic of Gaia Rodina has begun a 20 year overhaul of its already large Polyarny Shipyards. It has enlisted the help of the Feazanthian survivors (who agreed in order to take revenge on their hated enemy, the Empire of Doujin) and the financial aid of the Empire of Kikoskriat. The overhaul is supposed to increase the maximum weight of the dry dock so that the Feazanthia-class Super Dreadnought can be constructed. Designs on the said dreadnought have nearly been completed, and supplies for the construction of its massive hull are being flown to the shipyards even now.
The People's Republic have enlisted the help of the First and Third Feazanthian fleets, to be manned by Rodinan seamen as their Feazanthian crew falls victim to radiation poisoning. They are being admitted to Rodinan hospitals and are expected to make at least a partial recovery. It is likely they will never sail again.
Gaia Rodina has deployed five of its seven Alfa submarines to the area where the nuclear missiles were launched, and they are currently attempting to acquire the dastardly submarines that killed so many innocents.
