I responce to threats made by an unspecified group, Momanguise is increasing her national security.
The changes made are as follows
a) The Sanchez line, a line of systematic defence protecting the Momanguise mainland, will be completed. The parts of the line which are completed strech back seven miles of solid defence, and this will be completed in apporaxamtly five NS years.
b) a series of artificial Islands are being raised on the borders of Momanguise/International waters. Anti-Missile installations are being installed. This too, will be completed in 5 NS years.
c) All citizens are now officialy required to carry identity cards (ooc: beat you too it, TB!)
d) More troops are to be garrisoned in Malleta, an major Island off mainland momanguise. The total number of troops there will be double the civilian population in one NS year.
The goverment urges to populance to remain calm, emphasing that these are precautionary measures only, and it what some political commentators are describing as a bribe, has doubled the chocolate ration.
