Almost a week ago, 500,000 students boycotted school in the empire, and in the days that followed the numbers rose to 800,000. The nation had collapsed and eventually the adults lost confidence, and fearing the youth, passed the Millenium Educational Reform Act AKA: The BR Act today in Takamatsu.

The BR Act is designed to scare the youth, put them back to school, and fear the government. The process is simple, yet sadistic:

1. Through a random lottery, the government will select a high school class.

2. This class will be placed on a deserted island where special "trackers" will be placed on there necks.

3. This class will then be told to kill each other in three days, given random weapons, and set loose on the island.

4. If there is no sole survivor in three days the trackers will explode and everyone dies. However, if there is a sole survivor, he/she will be taken back to his/her home.

5. This process will be shown on live Tv throughout the empire.

This will not stand. Treating adults in negative ways is one thing, but torturing the youth of your nation is another. If you continue on this path, you may find yourself in a situation you don't like. I strongly urge you to rethink your stance on your students and find a suitable alternative. I await your response.

Actually, many students are hurt...when the BR Act went public, a class had already been captured and set loose, to be exact, a 9th grade class from Shinkantori. The program was delayed and the 24 out of 42 still alive were sent home.
