FWS President Hendrik Rhodes has announced that his nation will turn over all chemical and biological munitions to the Dominion of the Unified Sith.

"We are ending our Chemical and Biological Programs. Also, our heavy water plant in Central Province is going to be closed."

Umm, I have a few question for you?

A- My Red Cross Units that came to help you, with the 3,000 marine guard, did you kill them all?

B- I don't think you should hand over your weapons unless Unified Sith is going to destroy them.

Answer to A) Good God no man. What do you think we are monsters?
We evacuated them out of the warzone and into the Central Province, they were all put up in good hotels at our expense. They have for the last few days been enjoying touring our vast countryside and the victoria river. Also they have seen our famed commerical tobacco farms...

B) What Unified Sith does with them is his business. I hope he will destroy them though.

WMD Chemical Program (ongoing process, manufactured at least 50 tons of various agents with foreign made precursors. Note it takes a great deal more precursors to manufacture a completed agent. For some items, you can put in about 10 tons of precursor and get about 1 ton of agent)
