Speaking from the capital of FWS, Rhodes City, the leader said "I have ordered today an immediate withdrawal of all FWS forces from all non-FWS territory, they are to immediately head for the nearest FWS owned territory. No matter what they are currently doing. The forces in the Western Province will immediately head for the White Western Province. The Forces in Coastal province are to head for Central Province.
Furthermore, the 1 million black prisoners are to be granted general amnesty and are all to be released.
Furthermore, the two major black tribes in the UOBP are ordered to cease fighting and to send delegates to a peace summit that will be hosted in Central Province. They must stop the bilateral genocide that is going on. One tribe killing another tribe, it must end now. We will be hosting the peace conference in a few days time.
Furthermore, we deeply regret the casualties that this war brought. All sides have suffered greatly. From the thousands of Western Tribal police who died in the opening days, to the several hundred thousand Coastal Tribals feared dead during the uprising in Coastal Province. Several hundred white soldiers also perished in the conflict.
We must find an acceptable peace solution to both tribal groups. I am proposing that Coastal Province be granted independence from the Union of Black Provinces. The conference will have as its goal finding an acceptable proposal for Coastal Province's independence."
