The Red Wales Minster of Defence, Mr Huw Davis, made an announcement to the people of Red Wales, he was also aware that this announcement would attract the attention of many of the other countries of the world.

"Today, we have started a nuclear weapons programme, these will only be used as a threat and in defence and not in an offencive and aggersive manner. The upmost care will be taken to ensure that nothing will go wrong with the nuclear weapon that we will be making, of course were we are developing it is going to be kept top secert, but I can tell you that it is well away from any areas of dense population. Thank you very much"

Its is our governments hope that you should abide by international law and regulations as regards to this situation, although we strongly advise against this course of research and suggest a alternative defensive technology including technology transfer and re-production rights, we also belive it is upto the said nation to decide its defence acquirements based on its best intrests.
