Liquidus Snake paced up and down the Stage, waiting for the National Leaders to shuffle around and get into their seats. When this was finished, he went up to the Podium. He bowed, and following the Nation Leaders' applause. Liquidus stood high, and then turned on the Microphone. "Greetings fellow Nations, I am glad that many of you could give up your time to come and see this presentation. But, before I go on, this knowledge is marked Venom Class in our Nation, so this presentation NEVER happened. Now, you know what this is about, this is about a new Hive Virus Outer Heaven has been developing for the past Ten Years. It is now complete, and what you are about to see is a detailed Description of the Virus, as in, what it does, what the symptoms are, how it's released, how it spreads, and how to cure it. Now, the screen to the right of me," Liquidus indicated right, "Is where the presentation will now be shown.", and with that, Liquidus pressed a button, and the Presentation started...

Three Hours later, there was an applause. The Presentation finished and Liquidus activated his microphone, "Okay. Are then any questions?" Liquidus asked.

Liquidus laughed along with them, and then pressed a button that shocked the Technomage. "Well..." he started, and then he talked about the Virus.

the technomage smiled "you might regret that Snake" he pulled out a Vile "R.E.D 12 a planet killer, air born, pass via tutch, in water and it mutates, a Bac-Virus do that again and it might slip out of my hands, the only cure is R.E.C 12 but its only 21% effective in cureing it and you need the cure befor u get infect if u want 100% protection so im ok" the technomage looked at Snake "your virus is a Child compard to ours"

hehe and ive only ever used it 3 times killing the planet and all living things on it (plants,animals Virus's, Bactira, anything that is living) then it dies out after consuming earthing on the planet (apart from rocks, building things that dont live)

OOC: This is a modern age announcement, you can't have a Bac-Virus that wipes out Planets becaus there aren't any that need wiping out, and you can't create a virus that bad...yet.

Liquidus grinned, "We made the Hive Virus like that, we don't want it to wipe out a whole Planet, rather. We want to release it either on the battlefield, or in an area of importance, say an Important Government meeting. Hell, if we wanted to, we could drop this on a city like London, and look what would happen. It would spread very quickly, and then someone would get mugged, and that would set off everyone with the Virus. Think about it, we could engineer the Virus now to be very contagious, we have the Chromosones we need, it would only take about a month. So less mouth Technomage, and more Brain." he finsihed. Then everyone in the room laughed, and clapped. "Are there anymore questions?" Liquidus asked.
