Doujin is looking for skilled shipbuilders and managers who would be willing to uproot themselves and move to a different nation. The average salary would be 35,000 Imperial Marks (at an exchange rate of 1 Imperial Mark = $1.8700USD), and we would cover cost of their transportation to their new home/job. You would be employed at Xylion Industries - Xylion Shipyards, and will receive great benefits, including but not limited to -
1.) Free Medical Insurance
2.) Emergency, on the spot medical care
3.) Conditioned housing, provided by Doujinshi Corporaiton at a reduced price.
4.) Dental plans
5.) 1 week paid vacation per year.

Layarteb has about 120 people that are skilled in shipbuilding and managing that are out of work due to the cancelling of further Spectre class corvettes. They are good workers just without work.
Doujin will send aircraft over to collect them and their families (if they have one) and bring them over if they are interested.

Due to the collapse of the Kinag Corporation, a full workforce of over 300,000 people have been put out of work. Kinag was responsible for constructing to Liberate Battle Stations Equirus I and Whisp II. About 4,000 workers participated in their construction, and are now out of work.

The Ansbacher-Thrace Corporation recently made 2,800 shipbuilders redundant, due to falling profit margins. Out of these, 1,200 would be suitable for your proposal, and 900 of them have expressed an interest in moving to Xylion Industries.
Any workers that Doujinshi Corporation wishes to accept will be ready to leave straight away.
