To: Commander Wallace, Feazanthia Central Command
From: Admiral Yuri Padorin, Red Fleet Command
Subject: Project Barbarosa

The People's Republic of Gaia Rodina knows that you have recently suffered grievous losses in the war with the evil Doujin empire. We also know that you have put in a lot of time and money into your project: Barbarosa. Seeing as your shipyards were illegally destroyed by the Doujin empire, we offer our own Polyarny shipyards to house the project. We believe that Polyarny is already at the stage that you once hoped your Orichalon shipyards would be at.

We have long been Feazanthia's ally, and we wish to see the evil Doujin destroyed. Please, if you are to send any work on the Barbarosa you have completed to us, we will finish it.

Godspeed.

I highly doubt you currently have the shipyard capabilities to build a ship that would equal in power to the Doujin. Here's just a quote from one of my previous posts.

1.) Shipyards for the Doujin will need to be built on hard stone, preferably granite. This is needed to support the sheer weight of the Doujin and construction facilities, the Doujin itself weighing almost 1,400,000 tons unloaded.

2.) There has to be a 30m low tide draft, minimum. That's 99.9ish feet deep.

3.) Adequate workforce. We, of course, will be hiring people from the nations where these shipyards will be built at and will want to make sure there will be enough.

OOC: Oh, and the Barbarosa wouldn't be finished for 30 + days IN REAL LIFE TIME. So, yea.

Feazanthia would be honored if Gaia Rodina would take over production of the Barbosa (it's Barbosa, not Barbarosa, just for the record). As most islands in the Roubhe region are primarily granite, we are sure that Gaia Rodina's Polyarny will be adequate to handle the Barbosa's construction.

Designs have been wired.
(I'll email them to you, Sam.)
