Reports from Western Province of the newly created "Union Of Black Provinces" are that several hundred thousand angry black peasants who were kicked out of the disputed zone recently after Decree of President Rhodes passed the annexation have begun to riot.

Since there are no white police in the Western Province since it is now technically a semi-independent nation, the rioters turned their anger on the only other available sign of authority. The black police, they stormed several police and National Guard armories and seized weapons. The Prime Minister of Council Of Tribal Chiefs (the ruling body for the semi-independent UOBP) has declared they cannot handle the situation.

Rumors are swirling that they may soon request military help from the FWS.

President Rhodes commenting on the situation "Well you can be sure if we do use our forces to put down the riots, that we will not use lethal chemical weapons this time."

The Tribal Council is expected to make their decision in several hours.

President Rhodes anticipating a request for assistance has ordered 2 divisions of Light Infantry and 4 Paracommando regiments on standby. Also being mobilized is the famous 1st armored division the "Steel fists". So named because of their legendary ability to punch threw practically every defensive line they've ever been sent against.

When asked why the forces of an overtly racialist fascist commonwealth would be used to help a neighboring black nation seeking greater independence, president Rhodes had this to say, "Well if we don't help them and it spills across the border, then what will happen, it will have been my fault. Also we cannot allow this to potentially escalate into another civil war. There is also the new fear of the union becoming a haven for terrorists. We have many reasons to help them. We already have a naval blockade. I am asking my allies to support this blockade to keep nations like Libya from sending more guns to the peasants who are seeking to topple the ruling tribal council (they make the decisions). Not the FWS. The tribal council is the self-determination of the UOBP.

Any ship attempting to pass the blockade will be fired on, unless they have been searched and cleared. Only humanitarian aide will be allowed. No munitions of any kind.

News just in from the FWS, the disputed zone, and the UOBP. The 1st armored task force (Consisting of the 1st armored division and 2 mechanized divisions) has just smashed across the border between the disputed zone and the UOBP. This coming literally seconds after the tribal council voted to request military assistance from the FWS.

Also two light infantry air mobile divisions are on their way to West Victoria to secure the city and stop looting and anti-government riots. Several hundred of the black security forces in the city are already feared dead. 1 Parachute division was already dropped on the city almost immediately before the forces attacked

Also it has been announced that 3 paracommando regiments have already been operating in the UOBP since the rioting began. They were primarily tasked with securing tribal leaders against attacks by rioters. The rioters have vowed to overrun the disputed zone and kill any settlers who still remain. No, there will be no multiracialism in my nation. White ethnic diversity is enough. We have whites from America, France, England, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands. Our cultural diversity is massive. We manage to get along because we are all the same race and general religion (Christianity). While we are only minor in differences (Specific Religious denomination and national origin). Multiracial empires / nations always fragment and are plunged into chaos when the dominating racial group either losses the strength or the will to continue to dominate the empire / nation.

Multiethnic empires / nations (provided they are white) often work out peaceful solutions (I.e. Switzerland and Belgium). The bad example is Yugoslavia, which was multiracial and multiethnic. Also it should be noted that multiethnic societies in Africa are basically in a constant state of tribal based civil war. It should further be noted that there is no multiracial nation that has ever lasted for a long period of time without eventually becoming overly repressive to the different groups in order to keep them from killing each other, or without granting them great amounts of freedom within the nation.

The Leading Tribal Council for the UOBP has provided them a list of approximately 1 million UOBP citizens who are deemed a threat to the security and stability of the region and government. The FWS has announced it will detain all 1 million and will take them to prison / labor camps in the FWS.

They have stated that they will pull out of UOBP after the army and police there are sufficiently equipped and trained to handle matters of internal security.

Furthermore, the Tribal council has reported that the greatest amount of opposition to their regime is coming from the "Victoria River Delta Region" in the northern part of Coastal province. The FWS has been engaged in fierce ground fighting with rebels in the Coastal province for several days now. Approximately 9 million people live in Coastal Province. The FWS had begun bombing and shelling the Coastal Province region about 5 days ago. They did so on the request of the UOBP's Tribal Council.
The Coastal Province majority ethnic / tribal group is a tribe that is in opposition to the ruling tribal council. And as such, ethnic turmoil has been a constant problem. Critics of the UOBP semi-autonomy had raised concerns that the white-black racial troubles of the FWS would be replaced by inter-tribal warfare in the newly created black republic made up of the all-black provinces. However it is unclear what will happen. It seems certain however that the FWS will have a great role in the internal affairs of the UOBP

Also in Coastal province there is reported to be massive outbreak of Small Pox, Bubonic Plague, and Ebola. This is particularly interesting as Small Pox is essentially wiped out except for small samples kept in the laboratories of two nations. Officially the USA and Russia are the only nations in the world who have Small Pox. Bubonic Plague is quite rare in this region as is Ebola. It remains unclear how these deadly pathogens have come to infect and estimated 1 million Coastal Province Dwellers. Most of the infected are in the Victoria River Delta region. Scientists around the world are concerned that terrorists may have gained possession of biological weapons.

However as most FWS units began pulling out of the Coastal Province the Western Province Black forces began looting villages and raping at will, those who resisted were summarily shot.

It is feared that thousands have been murdered by the black regime that many nations say is essentially dependent on the FWS to maintain power.

The Tribal Council of The Western Province, the ruling party in the recently created semi-autonomous Union Of Black Provinces has proven in the past that it cannot quell internal troubles without assistance from the militarily powerful neighbor the FWS.

All prisoners were released before they even entered the wall region. They were released before the FWS army pulled out of the Coastal Province.
