"On behalf of the Constituional Republic of Rotovia I hereby lodge a formal prtoest to the rash and hasty actions taken by both the RBA and GDODAD alliances in response to the Austar Union plane shot down over Midlonia. This action hardly grants the kind of rash and irresponsable actions taken by the nations associated with the RBA and GDODAD and is a disgusting display of warmongering and the breakdown of diplmatic channels. RBA and GDODAD have behaved in a mannor for which all good nations of peace and honesty should be ashamed of and condemn, I cannot stress enough the damage the actions of the RBA and GDODAD could have upon the future stability of the world is one more example of an alliance going to far."

"The Senate of the Constitutional Monarchy of Rotovia has ordered that no person of birth or residence within the four states of Rotovia, the Island of Crete, the Island of Letican or any subordinate territories trade with any member nation of the GDODAD or RBA alliances for a twelve months period. Any person or organisation found in violation of this sanction may face fines of up to and including $12,000,000.00 and 2 years prision terms"
