"This is a message to all nations in the Red Bloc Army, particularly, Dr_Twist,

It has come to our understanding that relations between our nations are in tatters. Under our new foriegn policy, it requires us to make amends to broken relations, and our first thoughts were to mend relations with the Red Bloc Army.

Therefore I ask Dr_Twist and the Tsar, if we are able to meet together, and discuss new relations between our nations, and if possible, we would like to have members of the RBA present.

I hope we have such opportunities to make friends after such incidents."

With that, the President stepped down from the podium, and the screen crossed to a picture of the President's seal.
