8 white men, all members of the reserve units or militias were arrested several hours ago after white police along the border between White Western Province and Western Province spotted them trying to cross into the Western Province, which has been declared temporarily off-limits to white soldiers. They are currently being held in Gustavus City. They were found to be in possession of 2- 120mm mortars and 8 - automatic rifles. The rifles are mandatory that they own and carry, but mortars must be properly checked out of militia armories. The police allege that these men did not properly check out the mortars.
Rumor has it that there were two other white men with them, but when they notified police they were members of the Knights Of the Teutonic Order, the police immediately turned them loose and returned to them all equipment.
The 8 white militia / reservists have all been released. Just announced 2 hours ago, they were held for approximately 5 hours for improper possession of a mortar.
Sources say the governor-general of White Western Province ordered their release. "They've done nothing wrong", he stated, "All they've done is forgotten to file the proper papers. Hardly the crime of the century. They surely did nothing on the magnitude of slaughtering the presidents beloved son and heir."
