Black Provinces
5 total. 40 million blacks
Western Province (West Victoria) largest city and recognized as the “Black Capital” IS home to the HQ of Black Police and was home to the Black Army regiments. After the “7 Day Civil War”, the government of the FWS ordered all black regiments to lay down their arms and disband. The task of Defense of Black provinces is now to lie solely with the Black police, a small often under equipped, under funded, and over corrupt. The FWS has assured The Western Province “We won’t let anything happen to you”.
Coastal Province (South Victoria) second largest black run city. Hotbed of anti-white militia groups. Was briefly shelled during the “7 day Civil war” but only sustained minimal damage. Blacks here have vowed, “Not to stop until all the whites are our slaves.”
White Provinces.

Capital
Rhodes Province (Rhodes City) Capital of the Entire Nation, handles all political issues concerning both races, but only whites participate actively. However, Black tribal leaders can elect tribesmen to “Voice concerns over key issues affecting the tribes”
White Western Province (Gustavus City). Borders Western Province, many border issues here as whites claim control over the Victoria River and the numerous uranium mines that lie along the ill-defined border. Whites here have vowed to kill all the blacks that attempt to use the river without paying tolls
Central Province (Wilhelm City) Rich in uranium and home to the famed Para Commandos regiments (5 total). Also home to the regional Secret Police. The Province is also home to the right-wing secret society known as “The Order Of the Teutonic Knights”. Little is known about this group but it is reputed to have pledged to fight to the death to defend the whites and to defend the president. It has sent members into several battles, and they have done just that fought to the death when need be. Considered the most fanatical irregulars unit in the FWS white army.
