The Dark Empire of CorpSac today is offering Space Nations big or small to join, if nations join a Democratic House Party will be formed for the nations to put forward there views.
Also a new fleet will be made for the use of protecting the Nations and to be used by a nation if found accepted by the House Council.

What The Empire will do:

Protect The Sead Planet(s) of Nation
Shareing of Tech
Full Surpport in Wars
1/4 of Grande Fleet to New Fleet
100% Democractic Voice within the Empires House council
100% use of DESC Shipyards
100% use of Cloneing Centers

What The Empire Will expect:

32% of joining Nations Milltary Budget
Full Surpport in any wars
1/3 Of sead Nations Fleet to new Fleet
Full Sharing of Tech
Full Sharing of Shipyards etc

dam computer, anyway, joining the empire they can still run there nation as normal anything Major eg something to Research that they need Help with from the empire, will be reviewed etc etc.

like i sead more of an allaince but there all under one Banner (the Dark Empires banner)
