Outside observers posing as tourists have just reported that massive rioting is taking place in the FWS.

It appears that earlier today a shouting match between white youths and black youths (who were protesting unfair treatment) escalated and then the whites (who are members of the government youth reserve militia) used their government issued sidearms to open fire on the crowd that was gathering. The government of the FWS has mandated that all whites over the age of 16 carry some sort of firearm at all times. Furthermore they have mandated that all whites keep at least 3 guns per person in their house at all times. 1 of which must be a fully automatic rifle with 1,000 rounds of ammunition. The government has downplayed the reasons for why there are such regulations, but critics say it is because they are counting on the citizens to help put down any rioting and such.

And as is happening now, rioting is massive, in several black towns, the black police tasked with policing their communities have clashed with white police and white reservists. Already reports are secretly coming in from sources who are to remain anonymous that as many as 2,000 have died. The government has declared a state of emergency in the state in question. There are approximately 20,000 black soldiers in the armed forces of the FWS. They are primarily tasked with policing and defense of the black states that exist within the FWS. Already an estimated 1,500 of the soldiers have mutinied and refused to put down the riot. The government has declared that as a precautionary measure, all the black soldiers will be confined to barracks and the armories sealed.

In a neighboring white state, reservists could be seen mobilizing and preparing weapons and vehicles, possibly to crush the riots. Already several hundred paracommando troopers have entered into one of the half dozen black states.

The news of the riots comes in several hours after the under cover report on the distortions of population figures from the FWS was reported.

The president of the FWS has said his forces will crush any opposition and that riots will be brutally put down. Approximately Twenty thousand whites rallied in the streets of the capital in support of their president. The Leader of the FWS was elected by 96% of the vote, and has ruled as a virtual dictator ever since. He has been leader for about ten years. One local citizen said "We don't mind he is a dictator, we love him, and we still have parliament to take our concerns to the leader".

All of this information had to be covertly recorded and smuggled out of the FWS as outside media sources are strictly forbidden from operating in the FWS.

The president of The Fascist White States has declared a total state of emergency as 200,000 armed blacks have ejected most white police and militia forces from the black states. The situation, which began as minor riots and scuffles a few days ago, has escalated into a possible civil war.

Hendrik Rhodes, President of the Commonwealth of Fascist White States, has declared all foreign military operations suspended until in his words, "This unprecedented internal problem is put down". However, he pledges to keep a paracommando regiment in Gabon, along with several thousand regular forces. The forces in Gabon are part of one of the FWS several Paratrooper Divisions, also there are approximately 1,000 ParaCommandos.

When asked what exactly is going on, numerous white citizens replied with "Nothing too serious, just routine violence". Several others said "We are going to get our guns, and they'll pay for what they did". Apparently they are vowing to take revenge for the massacre of white police officers in the White Police HQ in the major city of West Victoria in the Black State of Mabutoland. The building was attacked with mortars and rockets, it subsequently caught fire. Then, as the officers tried to escape the blaze they were killed by machine gun and sniper fire. Approximately 30 white officers died in the attack and several dozen blacks were killed as well.

We had the opportunity to speak with the black colonel of the 1st Black Regiment based in West Victoria. It appears the rebels view him as their leader. He said "We won't stop until Hendrik Rhodes is dead, and New Antwerp lies in ruins, and our people are finally free".

We also had the opportunity to ask Hendrik Rhodes how he plans to deal with this uprising. He responded "We whites may be outnumbered by their population by perhaps 10 to 1. However, we control the nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons sites. Also we have the larger army, the police, the reserves. I am confident that this will be crushed. I can assure you that for every white person that dies, I will see to it that 10 negroes are hanged". The president also announced he will permit chemical weapons to be used. He stated "I am hereby signing papers for chemical and biological release. This means that field commanders ranking colonel and above may use chemical and biological weapons at their discretion. If I were the rebel commander, I would be ordering the men to put down their weapons and return to their homes before it is too late. We will launch a massive chemical weapons strike at their 2 largest cities in 24 hours if they are still declared in rebellion. This ends now".

At low level, a formation of 50 Tornado II ground attack jets cross the FWS border. They prepare to launch missiles at their target, the FWS government.

The Tornados close with the capital, until finally they are within missile range. They each release two Yakhont V cruise missiles (multipurpose anti ship/anti infrastructure weapons with a not insignificant price tag and a range of around 600 km) aimed at the FWS government buildings.

"Several hours ago, our nation was attacked, initial reports suggest that approximately 2000 people, mostly civilians are dead, amongst them, the minister of the interior and 8 members of parliament. Also, 25 buildings were destroyed, among them a school, a church, a hospital, and 20 apartment buildings, the enemy actually only destroyed 2 government buildings. They have made it clear they want in this war so they are now in it.

I was going to offer the UN to bring peace keepers into the black provinces. However they have made their intentions clear. It is war they want, war they shall get.

If there is any further action against me, then I will activate my alliance and begin nuclear strikes. (particularly against the nation that sent the jaguars fighters, unless immediate reparations are made). My force of 1000 fighters consisting of MiG-29, MiG-31, F-16s, Mirage 2000s, and Joint Strike Fighters are fully protected and are being readied.

Let me get this point across. This is our civil war, if you are only going to harm whites, then be warned (If however you want to help us end the war, then you are welcome to host a peace conference). Any further action against this nation will be met with the use of nuclear weaponry."

The Leader of the Fascist White States has just addressed the nation via the government news channel. It seems the stage is set for a massive war... This just in... Chemical missiles have landed in West Victoria. Early reports indicate that as many as 300,000 are dead.

Addressing the world via the World News Network the president of the FWS had this to say about the chemical attack against West Victoria.

"Good evening people of the world. As you know my nation the Fascist White States is embroiled in a major internal conflict. Yes I ordered the chemical attack, and I take full responsibility for the attack. However, I must stress this should be an internal matter, the world has no business picking sides, if you don't like the way our war is being fought, then I suggest you help convince the negroes that they are acting foolish and violent and need to go back home. The cowardly attack by the bombers of other nation is something that I cannot ignore, they were attempting to assassinate political leaders and to terrorize our citizens. Those actions will not be allowed to stand. To that end I am going to repay them 10 fold, the pilots who flew the mission will be tracked down and killed, and the leaders who authorized it will be killed. Already several minutes ago cruise missiles smashed into the nation that attacked us. Preliminary reports show we have dealt a significant amount of damage against their airbases, which were our primary target. We do not target civilians as is their way. We want nothing but peace."

In a secret call to the leader of the Lunatic Retard Robots the leader said "After our response to your attack, I consider the matters with your nation closed, leave us alone and we leave you alone. Do not tempt me. God Bless and Keep you".

OCC: Those missiles aren't that inaccurate. If we thought civillians would be harmed we would have bombed somewhere else.

The president of FWS has declared that he has he signed a cease fire with the rebel leader.

The two mean met and signed the paper, however neither was willing to shake the other's hand.


The black states will possibly be granted a small degree of additional autonomy. They already elect their own tribal leaders who can then voice their concerns to the white parliaments. But ulimately the whites have direct control over the entire commonwealth.

The president of the FWS has also reinstated the ban on foreign media sources. So this is the last broadcast for a while.

Ultimately the rebellion claimed 500,000 black lives, that figure includes the 300,000 killed in the sarin gas attack on West Victoria. The White death toll is estimated about 8,000 counting the 2,000 civilians claimed killed in the attack on Rhodes City, the capital of the FWS.

Seeming to have an optimistic outlook, Hendrik Rhodes stated "The time for peace is now, I believe we may finally achieve peace".

The Turetelian Marines begin pulling out, but now with several African's with them. Translators were brought up so that crew and Citizens may talk in their own language.

OOC: A bill of 480,000 USD has been sent to FWS to compensate for any loss of civilian life in the missile attack and Turetelian Marine Landing.

The country already is split. There are 14 provinces for 6 million whites and 5 provinces for the 40 million blacks... According to a recent study conducted by the Ministry of Racial Hygiene, the nation is doing fine and the vast majority of all white citizens and all black inhabitants of the FWS are happy with the domestic policies.

Quite alright, not as much damage as when the cowardly jaguar fighters bombed the busiest civilian section of Rhodes City.
