--- At approximately 0430 this morning, Dauphin Island, a small landmass located just outside of Mobile Alabama, was attacked and siezed by forces of unknown origin. The small garrison stationed there consisted only of militia, and was quickly overrun by the large enemy force. Survivors of the attack say the enemy is highly trained, and a force to be reckoned with. While not many details are known as of this moment, it is seen that the Liberate Military is currently in high alert status. Carrier Taskforce Zulu, which was out on maneuvers is currently being relocated in order to protect the vital mobile bay from possible invasion. President Lee Hamilton is expected to release a statement later this morning, possibly revealing the identity of the attackers, and how many Liberate citizens have been killed. As of now, no one has claimed credit for the invasion. Current reports say the Liberate 8th Army group has been mobilized from Fort Bragg, in prepareation for a counter attack, but further details are unknown. Stay tuned for further news bulletins.

Though small in number our soldiers are highly well trained in demolition, communication jamming, and all forms of modern combat. They should be useful. Our task force will remain in international waters until you confirm our entry.

Msg: The attack will take place TOMORROW morning. Allied bombing will begin as soon as the Liberate Battle Stations Exquirus 1, and Astrid II get into position and begin orbital bombardment of the beaches, and enemy troop concentrations, which will be at approximately 0012. Elite Liberate Guard units wil HALO onto the island, and take control of the Power Stations, and the small airfield, clearing the way for allied Special forces. Exactly 2 hours following, the liberate 1st Brigade of the 8th Army group will land upon the island's Western shores, and commence Clensing of the island.
