The ViZionarian Rebellion has ended, as the rebels have made an official statement and surrender!

Much of ViZion, especially ViZion City, is in ruins from constant fighting and bombings. We ask for aid in humanitarian and rebuilding (structurally).

ViZion City is the first area of concern, followed by Northern and Southern ViZion.

Matich forces have control over all of Southern Vizion, N,W,and S Vizion City. They have begun reconstructing and peacekeeping.

Thank you for your help. ViZionarians have begun to rebuild ViZion City, and once it is stablized, and we get humanitarian aid set up, our refugees may begin to return.

The Commonwealth of Azazia is on standby to send whatever type of assistance ViZion requires. To start, the Azazian government will invest nearly a billion dollars into utility companies within ViZion in addition to heavy construction companies, this capital should allow ViZionarian companies begin the difficult task of rebuilding ViZion.

At the request of the ViZion government, the GDMO has begun airlifting and shipping of emergency supplies to aid in the rebuilding of various parts of ViZion. Weekly shipments of 50 tons of medical supplies, 400 tons of surplus food, and 60,000 gallons of water. Furthermore, we are sending the 356th and 211th Civil Engineering Battalions to aid in the repair and rebuilding of power plants, water pumps, water purification centers, and other infrastructure.

Also, we are pulling the 3rd Heavy Infantry, 14th Mechanized Infantry, 12th Armored, 33rd Air Assault, and 23rd Cavalry Divisions from ViZion soil. The 1st Light Infantry will stay for the meantime to aid the engineers in the rebuilding effort.

This morning the Dr_Twist Government Signed off on $500 Billion Worth in Aid to Vizion. Most will be sent in Aid New Machines and help from Dr_Twist.

The Dominion will now withdraw all troops except 450 ground soldiers, and 50 T-90 tanks for peacekeeping, and 3 battleships and the Aircraft Carrier: Tempest Fury for shore patrols.

The Dominion will now send in humanitarian personell:

5 Mobile hospitals (capacity 200 each)

20 Nurses
30 Physicians

We are sending the 4th RET unit, (5,000 Spartans trained in medical and engineering feilds armed only with sidearm pistols.) Along with them 3 billion USD worth of equipment for rebuilding and medical equipment.

The Red Guard has been pulled out of ViZion, we are now sending men and women from the Commissariate of Humanitarian Aid. They number 500.

We are glad to see that hostilities have ended and that reconstruction of your nation can begin. Thank you. We will not ask you to send anything. We will accept any aid you send. We're in pretty good shape now, as ViZion City is practicly rebuild, along with much of the area around it, and most major cities are nearing finish, too.

The 5th Army has returned to their bases in Vizion. All other Matich forces besides those assigned to Vizion before the rebellion have left or are in the process of leaving.
