Do you actually have these built? My engineers, economists, and other experts tell me that a country of your small size cannot produce such things. Or do you just have the blueprints and plans?

As was also said, your country's military budget has neither the funding nor the capability to build such a device. You can't have nukes, much less a "Doomsday" weapon because you were just created today.
