As a young nation notquiteaplace would like to express goodwill to all the other nations who recieve this telegram. We wish not to have to resort to war, but in these troubled times every nation requires some form of armed forces. Presently we are looking to overhaul our armed forces and replace them. To do so we wish to create our own technology.

We have already got some idea of what specification we wish to attain and some plans for new equipment. However as a nation we are small. As such we would perhaps would benifit from some existing plans of equipment. Obviously we can examine the hardware we buy, but plans can save our limited staff a lot of time, as it is we are subcontacting a lot of work to other companies to do this.

As such we would pay modest amounts for the plans of military equipment that you are selling, in order to give us an aid. As a small nation we will offer you NSG crellar as i am sure it is of more use to you than our egg.

We have seen your technology and as a small country we cannot afford large amounts of it, but as our entire miltiary will be overhauled and we are more intersted in looking after ourselves than starting a full war, we would like to know how many NSG you would sell the radar system technology for and how much space it requires (what we could mount it on).

My PAAPR system I sell for $100mil. Its a fairly small system, and only needs a few emitters and recievers to work, plus the detection system itself.

In that case we may happily take it, if it can used on a mobile land based platform then we indeed are very interested. We will happily offer you the price you ask, as even for a small nation it is not too much to ask. We assume the effectiveness varies with the amount of detection used.

If it weighs under 5 tonnes including emmitters and receivers then allow us to make the exchange, if it is above that, how much would a system weigh as they may still be use in a smaller version.
