If his post were better constructed, I would say he bought them. But, as he is a new nation and he did not give any specs on the "nukes" then this thread will get an official

Yeah it is, but generally only the nations that have reached 200mil+ populations can realistically have them.

Scince I already have the blueprints, (and no one else has them) I can build and sell as many as I want. (note, all merchandise have hotwired explosives attached to interior maintnance ports, so if eneyone see's her guts, she goes BOOM, so don't break 'em, 'cause u can't repeare 'em.) Anyone willing to purchase this weapon must tellegram me, and provide a decleration of alliance to the nation of Amadindor, and the reagion of Ceaser Caslte. (Caslte is NOT a typo) And must also move to the afformentioned region for a trail period of 1 week. This contract is subject to alteration and personlization on behalf of the proprietor at any time before the signing of said contract.

hi, i only just started the game, so can u actauly have nukes? and can your govenment buy stuff?

as far as i can see i can just look at the isues and decide on them and join regions, i what you talking about just pretend or have i missed a big aspect of the game?
