Khallosia has declared posession of 2 nuclear missles within nation boundaries. These missles, each having uranium warheads, are able to go into low orbit, thus saving fuel by using inertia as a driving force. These missles could potentially hit targets on the other side of the world.

IC: Use of these nuclear weapons against the Russian Federation or allies will result in a scorched earth policy against Khallosia by the Russian Federation, utilizing the wide range of nuclear munitions employed by the Russian Federation.

OOC: I would say that 2 nuclear missiles are fine, as long as he doesn't try to launch a massive nuclear attack soon.

The President of the People's Republic of Lammashta has given this statement, regarding Khallosia...

"While we do not have an issue with Khallosia, and therefore do not see them as a threat to the well being of our nation, we will be keeping a close eye upon them. Fire From Heaven is complete and is ready for launch into orbit. Any action against our soil will be seen as a declaration of war, and being that we have the capability, we are willing to crush them, should an attack be made against us."

OOC: black market nuclear missiles don't come cheap, and since khallosia is a relatively new nation, buying one would pretty much max out his budget (or at least his military budget). in building a real army, one would try to get the basic core ground forces and air forces up first, not nukes...that is, unless he wishes to be a terrorist nation...

Galdania, a democratic socialist giant, is disturbed by this rogue nation in possesion of nuclear weapons. We urge other nations to discourage this nuclear arming.

OOC: I think it is realistic for a watchdog nation to see that a rogue nation does not possess nuclear weapons.
