After a long silence with in the emense mountainous western Steppe nation of Hutu, a new leader comes of power and opens the doors back up to the world allowing trade and immigration to occur again. At the peak of the Hutuian Federation the nation guarded a total of 7 Billion people from different nations, yet as they slowly disolve many people flocked into Hutu and the federation crumbled. Now, on this glorious day, Huth now controls many thousands of miles around their nation that used to be part of the glorious federation, yet now the land lies fallow. Billions of people now unemployed and technically homeless and not citizens of Hutu live with in the nation. It is estimated that some 6.5 Billion people live in the nation, with only 1 Billion officall citizens.
Although there is an upside, through this all Socialism has flourished in this nation, yet the once might Tatarin family that ruled by election for years is now gone. It has been replaced by a new Premier, a female, a rather buxxom one at that, with national addresses getting the best ratings in years with their 28 year old.. *ahem* 'stacked' Premier. Premier Katarina Zitezef, who has followed the Socialist party all her life and come from a long line of high ranking officals in the Hutuian Socialist Party.
Now that Hutu is back in the world theater they are looking for trade partners and allies as said by the premier in her last world address.
The Premier sets behind her desk with hair pulled back into a bun and an outfit almost too tight with her 'key assest' almost out. She smiles into the camera and picks up a paper and begins reading from it.[i]
"Comrades of the world, we of Hutu are tired of being hidden from the world, we offer trade to your nation, we offer our hand in friendship as well, to all nations, Fascist, Communist, Democratic alike. We also ask that former allies step back up and join us again. We ask for friends and help, and we give the same things in return thank you all."
[i]She then stands up and bows to the camera and she accidentally 'spills out' and stands up without noticing her rather large perky 'assets' there for all the world to see, and the camera man quickly realizes and cuts off the camera
