"By order of His Eminency, The Honourable Senator, President Dionysus Baccheus of the Constituional Republic of Rotovia the Central House of Parliament shall be disolved. It is ordered that the interum Parliament is no longer needed and henceforth the Senate and House of Representatives shall be restored, known also as the Upper and Lower House of Parliament. It is further ordered that the Island of Crete be allowed to carry out democratic elections to appoint a Prime Minister, as it is spoken, so it is law."
