ic-Today the imperial army of the Dark Empire Of The Dracun imperium marched under the flag of High Emperor Kacin. Thousands of soilders marched under the Flag of the imperium to the sound of the dracun anthem. They marched all the way to the docks and airfields where they will be taking off for liberation circle.

OOC: Liberation Circle has stated, IIRC, that he's a global group of terrorists, basically, bases everywhere and the like. As such I'm not sure you can actually attack territory at all, but he'd have to clear that point up.

Inside neutral nations? That doesn't seem much like a plan.

Red Wales would like to congratulate Dracun Imperium on its delcaration of war on the Facist Oppressive Terrorists of the Liberation Cirlce, the sooner that terrorist organisation gets eleminated the better.

While we admire another nation taking a stance against terrorism, the only way you're going to find bases and operatives of these terrorist organizations is through going into neutral nations and looking for them - and the forces you're proposing to use just aren't feasible - while the stance against terrorism is admirable, if you try to place even one soldier inside Kelonian territory without permission on a wild terrorist hunt, the consequences will be dire.

Kelonia does not take kindly to outsiders interfering in it's affairs.
