In a short speech made public from an unknown location, the new President Ron Villone addresses President Sikes of Jarridia. Here is the begining of his speech.

The screen fades from an announcer, and on to the face of President Ron Villone of ViZion. He is standing behind an oak-wood podium, highly glossed over, with the seal of ViZion on the front.
After 5 seconds, President Ron Villone clears his throat and begins to speak.
"President, err... Dictator Sikes, it is clear you have intentions other then what is 'best for Jarridia'. I would relate you, Dictator Sikes, to Hitler. You are using very similar methods that Hitler used to gain control for life.
"We realize your nation have a soverign right, but that right becomes void when you cheat your people and your government out of their rights, when you falsify an attack upon your nation, which has no proof of your statements, and when in turn, it actually points at the fact an insider ordered your own forces to launch the attack, killing millions.
"You are giving living proof you have done this for your own pleasure. If you wish to disproove it, let a multitude of international surveyers, officials, and investigaters enter your nation, and give us proof that Jarrod is trying to harm your nation and that Smithsilian has, in all actuality, attacked your nation in an act of war.
"You must also sign off that once the war is officially over, and those who have committed a crime against Jarridia are in custody, that you will step down as Dictator, and become, by Constitutional guidelines, President of Jarridia.
"If you do not comply, you will be voiding your soverignty, and will be open to legal attacks upon your nation to free your people from you.
"We currently have some naval forces off your coast, and we will use them in an event of war.
"Dictator Sikes, you have 48 (NS) hours (6 RL hours/7:40 pm May 7th server time) to comply. If not, your right to soverign rule will be void, and war shall be declared. It is your choice. We hope you make the right decision for your people. We do not wish to have it come to war, but it may if you refuse to comply.
"Thank you, and have a good day, Dictator Sikes."
With that, the screen fades back to the announcer.
"It looks ViZion is prepared, even in the middle of this damned civil war, to go into another war. Good God, Dictator Sikes, what have you done? Stand down."
The announcer continues for another five minutes before the broadcast is cut.
