Hey guy's, just like to say, with all due respect, that it is I, Nodea Rudav, behind this wonderful yet overlooked puppet of mine. I beheld Anagonia as one of my first Nations and had High Hopes, and after Nodea Rudav went to a standstill and all, I now wish to return to the world scene with her, my dear old Nation of Anagonia.
Now, don't get me wrong, I do nothing to attack my Friends and Allies, its just Anagonia HAS no Friends or Allies because of its silence. I wish to say I mean no harm whatsoever, OOC or IC, to anyone of my Fellow NationStates Role Players. I'm going through hard times IRL, and this......HIGHLY Personal/Family related situation takes up most of my time, so that is primarily why I choose Anagonia for her ability to message one instance and wait the next.
Anywho, I am glad to see most of my old Friends, especially Credonia, has lasted. I am glad to see my Fellow NationStates Role Players haven't killed each other yet, lol. Now, however, I wish to engage upon an Endeavour that will bring together all Nations in the NationStates International Community, for the Good of Friendship and the Furtherment of Fellowship in all our Role Plays and Talks, even if it means Anagonia agains't the World.
I seek not Harm, I only seek a New Start. Let this Great War of Conquest bring forth the best Role Playing Abilities in all of us, so that, even as I SHALL NEVER use Nuclear/Chemicle/Biological Weapons whatsoever, all of my Fellow NationStates Role Players and Members can have a new Respect for the small, perhaps large Nations, and a Continued Respect to those that have been among us for so long and remain sane from our crazy ways.

The Seven Republics of the Anagonian Confederation, each having one star on the National Flag of Anagonia, were each in their own respect capable of substaning themselves as lone Nations. Yet, still, the Beginning of the Confederation began when one of the side Nations to Anagonia suggested that all of the remaining neighbors come together in some kind of Union that would ensure continued relations and, if so come to, the eventual substaining and assisting ability of the future Confederation if one of its members were to have a Disaster of even the smallest magnitude. No, the Confederation wasn't formed out of Conquest or out of a Final Resolve, it was formed because Nations wanted to prosper together, be closer to their Highly Appriciated, Liked, and Known neighbors. They wanted to go the final step and assure they would never fire one shot at each other for their differences, to go on an Endeavour so huge it would change everything and make those Differences become Unique and Respected to their Republics.
So many other things had their account into the eventual forming of the Confederation, and the fact alone that the Anagonian Confederation has lasted for 40 years lets each member Republic know that their first steps to a better life for their people were not to be in vain. However, now the problem of the long forgotten International Community came to the Confederations entire concern.
One could say it all started just twenty years ago, the time when the International Community showed its interests in War. At that time did the Confederation prepare all it could to defend against any Hostilities, any Attacks, anything. Yet, it was soon known that the Confederation had no worries, as no one had remembered, had no reason to remember Anagonia and that no Nation outside of the Confederation showed signs of Hostile Stance. But fifteen years later the Confederation realized that the International Community, what Nations acted as Peacekeepers, had no control of the small, Rogue Nations that were the primary threat. So, thats when the Decleration of the Anagonian Resolve was prepared, was accepted, and a message of warning sent to all of the International Community as the First and Final warning to their lack of resolve in Peacekeeping, Peacemaking, and especially Fellowship.
Sighing as Alexander remembered, the President of the Anagonian Confederation looked around the small council meeting table, seven seats in all. The First seat was, of course, the property of the Confederation Head, the President of the Anagonian Confederation. The other seats were given in order to the timing of each Republics membership into the once-new Confederation. The Council of the Confederation would be its eventual naming, cause, and purpose. Situations involving all of the Confederation was to be discussed here, and if one Member Republic had a situation that needed to be told to either one other Member Republic, the Founding Republic of Anagonia, or all of the Council was to also be discussed here.
Suddenly the main door to the Council Chamber, even as it wasn't big enough to be called so, opened and all of the remaining six Leaders entered and took their respective seats, one by one, almost as if in order, but truly to show Respect to their fellow Republics that shown their Home Nations so much Friendship. Alexander took his seat once more after standing, the final one to do so, and acknowledged each Member Republic Leader by their Respective Positions and Names.
"Leader Alexi Tugof, Chieftan Prime Turok, General Azecki, Empress Xena, President Samson Carkoon, and Lyran Ki Tuk'Ma, I am honored to be allowed time in your Presence, even as Duties of our Nations are in need."
They all nodded, the Chieftan Prime Turok and Lyran Ki Tuk'Ma gave glances to each other out of respect, but returned their gaze to the Confederation President. Everyone knew that Turok's people had a.....history.....with Tuk'Ma's people, but never exposed this ancient problem before anyone but themselves, and thankfully never killed each other in an argument the way their two peoples gazed at each other when angered. However, still, all was good in time, and in time old wounds healed with help from old enemies made new friends.
"My people are my brethren," said Turok, "but when my family of this Council calls, I must come to provide what I have to assist."
Everyone seemed to agree with Turok, and always wondered what a magnificent Tribe-Like Culture of Warriors that Turok Lead would expose next in their seemingly unboundless Wisdom.
"I am, again, honored Turok," said Alexander, "Your Peoples seemingly infinite Wisdom exposes itself each time you come, and each time we appriciate the Wisdom that has held together the Bonds of our Differences."
Turok nodded, looking to Tuk'Ma with a light smile whom intern smiled back in appriciation.
"Now, this First meeting of a series to continue has been called forth with the intention of a final resolve in the Decleration of the Anagonian Resolve, in which was stated and issued a warning to the International Community of an impending Conflict." Alexander drank some of the fresh, clean water in his glass, continuing, "As you know it was not the idea of the Anagonian People for such a Decleration, however since this Council and the People of each respected Member seem worried, Anagonia was asked to issue such a Decleration to warn of our presence. Yet, however, I must ask why we are to start a Conquest of this International Community when it is HIGHLY impossible to do so."
With that, the Council became silent for a few moments, perhaps a long minute or two, before Empress Xena ended the silence. "If you shall remember, Confederation President, it was because we all were worried and needed some kind of resolve. Our military combination makes us an unknowing threat, and to allow our strength a presence of warning to these small Rogue Nations is of the highest importance."
"Yes, but why must we conquer them," asked Alexi Tugof. "I am one with feelings here, as with my People, but what is the need to conquer those of which we know not of and use the Combined Power known as the Confederation for use of.....Imperialism....no insult intended of course."
"None taken," responded the Empress, "but it is the way of the Empire long before the Confederation to assure our Sovreignty was safe. For this Council to allow the Confederation even a minor inconvenience in its Allied Sovreignty is unacceptable. Now I say not attack the Wise Nations whom have existed long, I say assure these small, rogue nations learn their presence in this World."
Everyone seemed to see the point of the Empresses issue, if not in their own specific way, and nodded after she finished.
A few moments later, the short silence of thought was broken once more, this time by General Azecki. "It seems to me you issue statement of problem, only to convince us of the Wide View which needs not be concerned with. I agree to show small and impossibly rogue nations lesson, but.........can we leave the Military Strength for last?"
"Good idea," commented President Samson Carkoon, "I see your point Azecki, Diplomacy before War, yes?"
"Indeed," replied Azecki.
It took time to sink in, but eventually all in the Council agreed to the new terms. Diplomacy was to be the first action taken, Military Strength in Force was to be last. However, if in this time of trail one Nation attacks, the Confederation was to use all force in Defense needed to maintain its Sovreignty. These, in the end, were going to be the Foundation for a new beginning to the Confederations understanding of just how well one should play the game of diplomacy, in which one should never see it as a game at all.
