In the newspaper debriefing room the leader of Nellisland, Nellis, prepares to make a speech:

Nellis stands behind the microphone and adjusts it to his mouth.

"Citizens of Nellisland, in these harsh times of war and suffering our country must prevail. While we are currently not at war with anyone, or at the brink of war with anyone my cabinet and I have decided to gain allies in the event of an incident."

The press begins to applaud.

"Thank you, Thank you. But I didn't bring you all here for just that. I have been having talks with the leader of the deadly viper. We have decided to make our temporary alliance permanent. I see great things in the future for both of our nations, and to help promote our alliance an embassy will be built in each of our countries. We have each chosen the location and construction will take place soon. I will now answer any questions that you may have."

Many of the press raise there hands.

"Um, you in the red shirt"

"Ah, Hi. I am Stacy Winters of Channel Seven News and I want to know if there any other nations that you plan to bring into this alliance?"

"That’s a very good question Stacy. I have other nations in mind to add to this alliance however I wish to consult with the deadly viper first. I don't want to list any of the other nations because I have not spoken with them yet and I don't want them to feel pressured. Any others? You the Gentleman in the corner."

"Hi, I'm Bob, and my question is do you plan on having some economic ties with any of these countries like no tariffs."

"The thought had crossed my mind to have no tariffs when we trade, but once again I need to get nations in and consult with them about it. I would also like any nation that wishes to be involved with this alliance to telegram me. Thank you for your time and have a terrific day."

Nellis stands up waves and wakes away.
