OCC:This is nothing that has been officially released by the government, it has been released by an underground news agency. Also Primeu is a word I made up (I think) meaning Leader. It is supposed to be in Hamanistan's natural language. Also I should be releasing a report on Hamanistan's government in a couple days, just in case you are interested.
After the Parliment of Hamanistan voted Stravinsky into power he immediatley dissolved the perliment, and reveiled the nation's new title. The United Socialist Republic of Hamanistan. He also deployed a well trained force known only as the Black Robes, who get their names from the jet black robes they all wear, to maintain order throughout the nation. Reports out of those cities show only minor incidents of civil unrest with atleast two people being killed. More news as it comes
