"Due to the continuing degradation of security conditions in ViZion, His Holy Majesty's Government has been advised by our military that we must either increase our commitment to protect the 500 members of the Macisikani Red Cross working in ViZion or withdraw all our forces.
Our intelligence indicates that we would be unable to increase our committment and not become invovled in the conflict. This we cannot do without violating our our strict policies of neutrality.
It is our belief that the situation is now unacceptable, and it is the sad duty of this office to announce the complete withdrawal of all Macisikani forces and citizens in ViZion, including our 500 Red Cross workers."
