Greetings on behalf the entire region of Valyka Kraina!
As a newly formed region of oppressive states we wish to extend an offer to newly formed nations who will hopefully both benefit from the great land of Valyka Kraina as well as benefit the region itself. What do we look for in an applying nation? Power and control over ones people as well a strong military. As a region in general we seek to rise to power through the conquering of others as well as the oppression of our own people for the political gain of it's own leaders. All hopeful applicants should send me a telegram expressing their desire to join as well as why they wish to join. A brief overview of your country would be helpful as well. Once received, your nation shall be put before the review council and the outcome will be sent to you.
