You probably wont get any fighter jets for that much, some people sell small ground attack planes for under 10 mil. I sell updated Me262s for 2 million per here (http://www.freewebs.com/bluebomber/storefrontaircraft.htm). If you go to war I suggest you get a larger country to provide air cover for you.

The armor may seem expensive, but as a small nation it would probably be better for you to maintain a small but very well trained and equipped army rather than a swarm of peasants.

Good afternoon my fellow ruler i come to you on behalf of the Nation of easy green we are a large economicly powerful nation which takes pride in its armed forces. One of the main ideals of Easy Green is to help smaller nations throught hard times or until they can defend themselfs. We had a hard time getting started and we only managed to struggle through thanks to help fom some other nations.
I hence offer you this. we will help equip your armed forces and train them to what ever level of skill you wish, We wont ask for alot of money we just ask that we can station a small fleet and armed force at a base in your nation. We will also protect you until you can hold your own and will happly stand with you in any wars you may have after that point.

Something to keep in mind is that not everyone on these boards is playing in the same timeframe. Some are modern (like myself) and some turn up the fantasy knob a bit and have futuristic tech levels.
