Over the past two days, high-level meetings in Xeraph among the ruling nobility have concluded that the on-going hostilities between Xeraph and Daylam must end. The escalating situations of the past few months, culminating in the attempted nuclear strike against Daylam by Xeraph, has sent severe repercussions through all of NS.

King Alaric of Xeraph wishes to personally resolve this matter, and offer Peace to Daylam. He wishes it known that he was wrong in ordering the attack, and to make amends, will offer financial and humanitarian aid to Daylam. Further, Xeraph wishes to open it's borders to trade with Daylam, and extend an offer for the leadership of Daylam to tour the Kingdom, including the new Royal retreat on the planet of Rhegalia.

We hope that Daylam can see past the unfortunate state of affairs between the nations, and come to see Xeraph as an ally instead of a foe.

As Xeraph stated so well. We have had terrible problems in the past. As the new leader of Jarridia, I would like to extend the olive branch to Daylam and hope that peace and honor may fall upon our two great nations.

Jarridia is in the midst of great reform. We have learned the mistakes caused by Former President Branam and will make up for what was lost. Daylam, let us sit together in this troublesome world, and together we can set a brilliant example of peace and prosperity in the world.

I believe that what we did may have been a horrible mistake. Thus why Jarridia had a sudden shift.

Not just the Caliph, but the entire people of Daylam wholeheartedly accept the peace offering. It has cost us too many lives and left us isolated in the International community. We give our full support to the matter. The Caliph whole-heartedly agrees with the Xeraphian suggestion of a tour. He will arrive when he is invited. He wishes the nations of the world to know Daylam is always ready for peace and reconciliation.

To the Caliph of Daylam,

I am pleased that you have accepted our apologies. I hereby invite the Caliph and his entourage to an official tour of the Kingdom of Xeraph, including the JMOB, OSS-1, and our Royal retreat on the planet Rhegalia.
This tour will take approx 10 days for you to fully appreciate all the Xeraphian Federation has to offer.

I am very glad that peace between these two nations is restored, and there will be no more death and destruction of each country's innocent people.

I have decided to also extend a hand of peace. We should try to build diplomatic relations.
