Circulated to: UnAPS Allies
The Federal Republic is now obliged to declare that as of the moment hostilities began between yourself and UnAPS, a state of war has existed between our two government. This state has not been recognized by the Federal Senate (I was inactive between February and just now), and after several agonizing weeks of doddering and catching up we are finally prepared to honor our UnAPS membership.
Any and all civilian merchant vessels or vehicles currently in ports belonging to the Republic or the Commonwealth of the Republic are to be seized, and any assetts controlled by the Government of Allanea are hereby declared property of the respective Provincial Military District Authority.
We regret events have led us to this decision but we stand firmly behind our UnAPS Allies.
