At 10:00 today, Meridian Standard Time, a group of 3 tourists, believed to be father, mother, and son, were found dead on Centurion Street in Obnama City. The cause of death was numerous bullet wounds caused by a 6.2mm round. The only weapon known to use this caliber was the MkI Assault Rifle used by the Attican Army over 100 years ago. The police are currently searching their extensive weapon records in order to locate this specific weapon. Thanks to a profiler system developed by our allies (namely McLeod and FPC), plus a domestically developed barcode and identification system. We hope to have apprehended suspects by tomorrow.

What species are the tourists? Any distinguishing features like a bubble with a city in it on their passports?

His Majesty's Government publicly denounces this attack. The Foreign Ministry has searched its records, and while a family of Artuanoj is known to have visited the Attican Empire, the Foreign Ministry has made contact with them late this evening. His Majesty's Government would still like to pledge its support in tracking down those responsible for this act of barbarism. While His Majesty's Government does not doubt the Attican Empire Police's ability to track down the culprits, the Ministries of Defence and Justice pledge up to 5,000 Special Operations Personnel, renowned for their investigatory prowess and stealth.

In reponse to the recent murder, the police have been forced, under increased political pressure, to create a near-martial law state. Crime has been on the increase, 0.1% 5 years ago, 3% this year.

The Cherub Intelligence Agency has confirmed that the three tourists that have been brutally murdered in the Attican Empire were a Zoogiedom family on vacation in that nation.

Zoogiedom pledges its support to the AE government in finding out who did it and extracting the punishment or rehabilitation necessary.

We have 2 suspects in custody, but they aren't talking. We can assure you they will talk, within 2 days.

The Imperial Senate, and Praetor of Daekerius comdemn this muder. We give our best wishes to the Attican Empire, to dealing with scum like this who have no honor, and are forced to kill innocents. Today at 08:00 a group of 4 tourists were murdered on the way to the airport along with the cab driver they hired. The tourists were a mother, a father, a son, and a grandfather. They have bright red passports with fingerprint ID locks on them. Unfortunatly the fingers were cut off the victims hand. The cause of death is the same 6.2 mm round bullet wounds. We have searched the entire Skyline database and have not found and MkI Assault Rifle registered in the nation.

Furthur interrogations lead to the death of both of the criminals. However, we do know that the murder goes further than just a simple triple homicide on the streets. The second man, Adolph Fritzmann, claimed to be a hitman for the Faschistpartei. Although not having any representation in Attican government, the Fascists have had a signifigant power level in the eastern states. but have never been able to get the strength to become a government power, thanks to the Nazi party and a power struggle between the two. The other man, Rudolph Weissburg, claimed that they beleived the family was that of prominent Nazi party leader Johannes Fitzburg, not that of the Zoogie tourists. Before his death, he said he was sorry for their deaths.

As far as we know, the only registered weapon that utilizes the 6.2mm round is the Mk1 Assault Rifle. It is possible that rebels in earlier wars modified weapons to use them, however. According to the Reichsgehemdienst, at one time they had a record of rebels negotiating with people in Skyline, and an Attican-registered aircraft was shot down entering our airspace via Skyline. It is possible that is how the weapon arrived there, however we require more information from your government to confirm this theory.

When the aircraft was shot down it landed on what was once The Skyline's land. We completly searched the remains the day after the shooting and no weapons or people were found. Our sources say that it was shot down because it was an unmanned radio-controlled plane operated by terrorists. Our sources say it was heading for the Attica's capital and it would of crashed there.
So the aircraft theory can be ruled out.

In a recent military test flight, a pilot notices 5 unidentified vehicled in a field (technological info about how he noticed them cannot yet be released). The military then went to those vehicles and found 5 dead drivers. We did a search and found out the following:
April 5, 2004 - Vehicled manufactured in the The Holy Empire of The Jelly Man
April 10, 2004 - Vehicles bought by large trucking company in The Holy Empire of The Jelly Man
April 24, 2004 - Vehicles sent to The Armed Republic of Hostile Terrorist (via The Attican, The Skyline and a few other nations) with a suspicious delivery.
May 1, 2004 - Vehicles hijacked by 5 Attican terrorists, the 5 real drivers are put in back.
May 5, 2004 - Vehicles are dumped in a field in The Skyline
May 10, 2004 - Vehicles are spotted in a military test flight
May 10, 2004 - Vehicles are searched and the engine/trip computers are analized and all the video/audio recording are also analized

That may be a possible theory.
