For decades now the region of Nogova has lived in prosperous glory among its allies and regional bodies. Wars have been won, and our brethren have fought side by side on many fronts. However, for the past several years, political quarrels and borderline-international-incidents have plagued our nations. Differing political ideologies and thriving economies are demanding something be done to secure each owns way of life.

Talks are being between political leaders at various locations in a diplomatic attempt to avoid disaster, but conflict appears on the horizon, regardless of any efforts.

The Authoritative Republic of Everonia, The Capitalist Paradise of Har Land, and The Homicidal Southerners of The Frenchman are mobilizing small forces. The expected area that battle is to take place is Chatlerough (Sh-at-ler-oh). Chatlerough is a middleground between the three nations in which the borders have been dissolved.

OOC: About the war:

Yes that is a map of Pennsylvania, our progress will be tracked there.
This is a civil war between the three nations, we will be using Operation Flashpoint (http://www.flashpoint1985.com/) to “photograph” this war and better allow visualization.
Other countries are to keep their noses out, or be IGNORED. (We *May* request other nations to have small roles later, so hold that in reserve)

Pennsylvania is just an arbitrary location for these purposes. It was the biggest map I had, thus easiest to show troop/territory movement. We will be using pictures throughout the RP to better illustrate the war.

"Many differing policies and signs of aggression have occured for too long within

Nogova. Har Land will respond to these threats in a timely and decisive manner.

The area between our nations known as Chatlerough has been a neutral area for

decades, but if opposing countries decide to invade and seize this territory, Har

Land will strike swiftly to rescue this area, and keep its inhabitants safe. As of

right now, I am recommending all residents within and around the area of

Chatlerough to begin stocking supplies, just in case, or to stay with friends or

relatives out of this area. Any citizen of Chatlerough that have friends of family

within Har Land will be granted free transport to them and out of their immediate

area.

Har Land will prevail in this conflict, wether or not it becomes armed."

"This is Lucy Chang in for Slavka Recon.

Today more troop movements head toward the borders of Har Land, cities near it are now on curfew and troops are getting activated all across the nation. Here, at an undisclosed location we have a tank squad consisting of three M1A2 Abrams tanks, and three Geforce built V-80 tanks (OOC They are actually Russian "Black Eagles" I believe) waiting for orders to move.

All citizens of Everonia living in HarLand and Frenchman are ordered to leave before this week's end. We will not be responsible for anything that happens to you afterwards. The next day, a puma with 4 more Frenchman FELINS lands on a makeshift helipad, delivering ammo, food, medical supplies, mines, sandbags and most importantly,a Renault TRM 2000 for transporting local supporters to the Frenchman government to various camps for training.
