Following in suit with Credonia's newly revised and enacted Military and Foreign Doctrine released earlier this morning, I, Emperor Sutton of Credonia would like to call representatives from the nation of Huzen Hagen and HLF to the negotiating table to work out a truce, and to open positive relations with each other so that we may all prosper and get past some of the atrosities that Credonia has committed in the past under past military and foreign policy doctrines. I invite your representatives to Credonia City to discuss foreign relations and the tribute of reparations to HLF for the damaged caused by Credonia in the Credonia vs HLF war.

In additon, in behalf of myself, and my self only, I humbly apologize to the people of HLF for destroying their land, their city, their government, and their way of life using false pretenses, pretenses in which I myself question the validity of, to declare war on you. I realize and understand that what has been done in the past cannot be undone or erased from memory, but I ask you for your forgiveness. Perhaps I do not deserve to be forgiven, but i will ask forgiveness anyway, for the good lord says that it is a sin to hold grudges against your fellow man, for we all make mistakes, but we must forgive those who sin and make mistakes.

Once again, there is nothing I could ever say or do to express my deepest and sincerest apologies, however I am doing the best I can, and so I invite the representatives from HH and HLF to come to credonia to discuss peaceful relations and a mutual end to all hostilities towards each other.

Your Imperial Majesty,
Firstly His Holy Majesty's Government would like to congratulate you for making these peaceful overtures, but history has shown that nations are rarely willing to send representatives into a country that has attacked them.

But Macisikan is a nation with a strict and long-standing policy of neutrality in all conflicts, and has no real affiliation, or conflict, with HLF, Credonia, or HH.

Because of this, we invite you to hold these talks in Macisikan, on neutral ground; as we are a neutral state, located a great distance from Credonia, HLF or HH, we have no possible motives for influencing the talks. And no one can be accused of attempting to intimidate anyone else.

Furthermore, becuase of our policy, each nation will be limited in their security; the same restriction will apply to all forces, and only those who are party to the talks are permitted to bring such forces.

Thank you for your offer. Should HH/HLF choose not to come to Credonia, then we will opt to meet in your nation. We will get abck to you soon.

We see no reason for the invitation to be extended to Huzen Hagen, they will not atteng but we will send a team of high ranking politicians to Credonia. We see no reason for Credonia to bring them any harm so his nation is fine for the talks.
