OOC: Excuse this pathetic effort. Im bored.

The CAC-DC has decided to seek assistance from foreign firms in designing a new type of all-purpose missle or freefall munition that can be mounted on our KA-120 fighter bombers. The concept that the people's commander has forwarded in several discussions at various training facilities falls along the lines of some type of anti-personell weapon which can disable the crews of vechiles or buildings permanently.

The most logical concept for achieving this seems to be a tactical nuclear weapon of some sort. C*A*C has requested contracts from several companies internally but none had the technical competence to fullfill our requirements towards developing the technology on time and to our functional specifications.

This is what C*A*C requires for the new missle.

-These will be treated as special weapons and we will not need a vast supply. However, due to the fact that we believe these will prove useful for an extended period we wish to gain the technological data and production rights. The payment will be discussed below.

-Size cannot be greater than 10,000 lbs. KA-120s can lift 36,000 lbs of ordinance, and we wish to be able to mount at least two such weapons in an internal bay.

-The effect of the weapon should be intense irradiation that should kill occupants of vechiles and structures within 8 hours of exposure. The effect should not remain lethal for more than 72 hours. Any more and the design will be deemed unacceptable for the purpose involved.

-No form of guidance is required to fullfill the contract requirements.

-The weapons may not exceed $16,000,000 in cost each. Since these will be used sparingly we do wish that design be placed above cost effectiveness.

-The weapon should in no way damage the aircraft delivering it. If field employment of this weapon causes casualty or damage to the unit firing it, you will suffer the termination penalty discussed below.

Contract funding and rewards.

The C*A*C government feels this is fair payment for the efforts of interested firms.

$150 Billion payed at start of project, $4 Billion grants will be payed once every two months for 48 months.

2000 tonnes of mineral materials per month for 24 months. C*A*C has rich supplies of Uranium, Nickel, Silver, Tin, and Aluminium available for use as needed.

$100 billion reward to firm upon completion of project. $100 billion reward to government of the country this firm resides in. This is to be payed in increments as we see fit over 6 years. The reward is doubled if C*A*C is allowed total access to the documents and research involved in developing this weapon along with extendable full production rights.

Full production rights will be provided for one of the two listed C*A*C technologies for 20 years, as follows:

AGV Muis Mine Protected High-Speed Infantry Deployment Vechiles

A 6-wheeled armored vechile, this contains space for 12 infantrymen and achieves speeds of up to 140 MPH. It has no weaponry components on the basic model. Firefighting and IFV variations are in production. The vechile is stunningly cheap to produce and very easy to quickly and completely repair on the field, making this the prime choice of fast-response military police which constatly endure unsucessful strikes and vandalism from political reform movements resisting their conscription into the glorious C*A*C military. Its armor is made by Vaal corporation, and employs the latest materials technology, using a lightweight composite of Vaal Neo-Demron (an altered emplyment of fibres used in Hazmat suits into a "silksteel" structure, durable, lightheight, and inexpensive) woven closely into Aluminium-Titanium alloy.

VP11 Variable Lethality Pistol

The choice for our fighting forces is this sidearm. Used to repress insurgents. Capable of firing several diffrent types of rounds and using a mechanical firing assist which allows variance in force used to project the projectile. It can provide energy equivalent to that of the punch of a strong boxer, or quickly switch to feeding off a diffrent magazine and fire AP shells full force. The weapon has two barrels, each with a corresponding interchangable chamber and magazine for diffrent munitions types. Highly modular and difficult to use. C*A*C will gladly train your forces to use this weapon at the Bloedmeer Barracks Facility.
