Would a Nimitz class carrier work?
No, because I hate the Nimitz.
Visit Hybalt Shipyards, where we offer a variety of naval vessels. Our Vengence Class Supercarrier may be what you want. It fits all your specifications except speed (28 kts). With such large vessels, this is about the top speed, considering it is 115,000 tons. Remove some of the weapons systems and or aircraft, and the speed can rise to around 30+ knots.
