Since civilization's first wandered the stars in crude rough ships there has been danger but aside from the dangers there has been great benefit's gained. Currently there are untold numbers of nations roaming the vast ocean that is space numerous planets have been populated and trade has flourished between these planets. Governments have come and gone and in comparison to the history of space the events of one nation are nothing more than a blink of the eye, But the events of an Alliance can forge an ever lasting presence/

Most space faring nations Young or Old would know of the dangers I spoke of Endless Wars, Trade Stifling, Fierce Rivalry’s and Competitions and the Galactic Hold that Larger Civilization's have are just a few to name. Under the proposed Alliance the goal is to try to eliminate those risks and create a better living space for all but as time has proven this cannot be done on one's own . . .

Alliance Charter

Article 1:
All Alliance members’ must adhere and comply with Alliance laws and mandates.

Article 2:
Alliance Member's will keep control over their territory, as long as it does not interfere with Article 1.

Article 3:
Alliance members must give other Alliance Members or Alliance Allies free passage through their territory and trade with their systems.

Article 4:
If an Alliance member needs aid i.e. Financialy, Physicly or any other type that was not caused by his/her doing, all members are required to pledge what ever support they can.

Article 5:
The Alliance will/can only embark on a course of action after it has been approved by a majority of Alliance members.

Article 6:
No Alliance member may attack another Alliance member if their is a just cause it must be presented to the Alliance if not the member shall face expulsion in most circumstances

Article 7:
Any new Article added has a 48 Hour(RL) time before it is in effect

Article 8:
Alliance Articles are chosen by the members and if a member does not agree with an article or wishes for a new article to be added they members shall take a vote on what they wish this is the only way to ensure the best satisfaction of members

The UTA would like the honour of your alliance and ours joining as one with ours still kepping its name, and your main leader being made a council member.

[code:1:cd37ede314]The United Terran Allaince (UTA), an alliance of around 6 to 7 highly developed nations or empires. Our constitution so far consists of:

1. Nations in the alliance must do their best to protect smaller highly developed nations such as ourselves.
2. Nations must do their best to stop terrorist attacks, or any other type of attacks before they happen or stop it happening again if they are to late wether this means invading someones territory or by another means.
3. Civil rights of members nations must be of a standard that will be set by certain members of the alliance, and Civilian killings are not permitted, unless after a fair trial, as is not permited to kill prisoners of war.
4. Nations must act together and co-operativly to make the Universe a better place
5. All members must respect other members and not make an excuse for having someone expelled because they come from a different, "alien" Race.
6. Members will try to stop wars that may be a danger to more than the involved nations/empires/organisations by firstly using democracy, and then stepping up the ladder, but trying at all costs to stop a war happening.
7. Members must in as many ways as possible help fellow members in their times of need.
8. No member nation may attack another member without a valid excuse that has been passed before the Heads of the alliance or for the purpose of gaining more land or such things.
9. If a member goes to war against another nation/empire/oorganisation and they decide that they need help from the alliance then a poll will be put past the council of the UTA to see if they will officialy as an alliance help
10. Nations are generally free to do as they like, as long as no Space laws are broken, or any of the alliance laws, depending how bad what they did is they may be expelled without trial, but they may be put on trial before.
11. The UTA reserves the right to expell a member or to decline a nation/empire from joining it.
THIS CONSTITUTION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT WARNING, AND THE UTA RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO OBBEY ONE OF THESE RULES IF THEY FEEL THE NEED TO OR IN EMERGENCY. THIS IS JUST THE BASICS OF THE CONSTITUTION MORE IS LIKELY TO BE ADDED, AND CHANGED. THESE CLAUSES ARE NOT YET COMFIRMED AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL CONSTITUION THAT THIS IS HOPED TO ONE DAY BE.
