Today at the annual Victory March military parade, Sivia's glorious leader called for the formation of a new alliance. An alliance that will change the world for the better. An alliance that will break the world free from the UN's chains of oppression. That will destroy nations controlled by ignorant masses and corrupt Communism. An alliance of enlightened leaders is needed to do this.
Democratic and Communist nations immediately try to destroy nation's of enlightened leaders. Since this world is plagued by democratic and Communist nations, not to mention terrorism, we enlightened nations must ban together. To create a new, glorious world order. Free of the Communist disease and the false hope of universal suffrage.
Leaders interested in being a future world power should come or send delegates to Naxis in northern Sivia. Details of the Naxis Pact are not complete, but will be worked out. However, all memebers of the Naxis Pact are required to support each other if they are attack by a democratic or Communist aggressor.
