The president of the USEC would like to offer out a hand or freindship to the worlds community. We believe in Strehgth, Freedom and Honesty, abd applaud those across the world who are with us in these ethics. And to those who arnt we offer our help and support. We are most concerned about the levels of injustice and corruption which plague the globe and are commited to the illimination of these plagues of humanity.
Finally we would like to issue a warning to those who treaten us, we will brook no agression, for those who wish us ill will beware.
