"They have been labeled a threat, and they will be either pacified or destroyed," said Admiral Kuznov.

"I know. But I do not know why TAM is getting involved in this," said Joseph Burns, leader of The American Martyrs.

"Why did I ever get involved in that arms deal?" thought Burns. Ever since then, TBD had gained more and more control over TAM that they were almost the same entity.

Burns looked out over the vast expanse of the sea. Beside the CVA Kuznov, there were other ships, such as Yarrow 2000s, and Vespy PTBs.

Kuznov strolled over to the collection of ship's classifications tacked up on the wall.

So, it's come to this? A blockade of Xeraph. If I've counted correctly, you have 95 ships coming against Xeraph. That would make you outnumbered about, let's see, about 8 to 1. Xeraph has 18 Carrier Fleets, comprised of 33 ships each: battleships, destroyers, subs, etc. Not including the Royal Air Force, nor including the Army.

Oh, we also have some new allies occupying the islands due west of Mercenary Lands (my region), not to mention the Carpathyan Blood Kings, who happen to be Vampires. And to top it all off, the Federated Suns just happen to have their attack subs and helicopter gunships at our JMOB base just east of your blockade.

You sure you want to do this? It'll be over in a matter of minutes. As a matter of fact, I'll probably use Chem/Bio missiles. That will enable me to take possession of your navy after you are all dead. Then I'll sain your captured fleet to your nation, and will join Dr. Twist in the occupation of TBD.

The president appears on screen, his age has finally caught up to him and he appears tired. It is expected he will retire soon and pass over the presidency to vice president.

Long has the District of Greenhome supported TBD through thick and thin, in war and in peace. However, now we begin to doubt our ally. Why more war? Surely there must be a reason for this drastic move. We beg our long time ally to tell the world this reason, why the blockade?
